ezink123 – I purchased a set of ezink123 toner cartridges through Amazon. The first of the two cartridges failed after very limited usage. Every page printed was partly covered with black ink. The box doesn't provide the name of the manufacturer. The paper insert advises to contact the vendor.

What a crooks. Emailed them picture with clear 2024 warranty date, but they did not replace not working cartridges without receipt, which I did not save.

First order was lost. They sent a replacement. That never came. They refunded my money after waiting 3 weeks for ink.If I could give them no stars I would.

TN-760 cartridge supposed to get up to 3000 sheets, only got about 1000 before print density faded to no use. Had to replace with like cartridge to cure problem. At this rate it is more expensive than OEM.

Awlful waste of money. First codes needed to be updated.Supplied new ink. Finally installed then tried to print. Colors were terrible and were unusable.Company never responded. Purchased ink from Epson working fine.Never order from this company or Amazon again.

Insttalled second cartridge of 2-pack, but the printer did not re-set the page count. Called customer support, and they had a fix for me right away, in 7 minutes I was done! Highly recommend.

One of the inks was exploded in its little bag, and the other ink immediately clogged up my print heads. This ink is trash: I usually use 4InkJets.com, but they were out of my style, so I had to look elsewhere, and I immediately regretted it.
