Would give zero stars if I could. Sent an estimate for my kitchen and was given an outrageous price estimate and when I asked to schedule an appointment they kept referring me to email. These people don’t even want to let you into the store to see their cabinet color options!!! Just want to steal you money first. Horrible customer service.

We're a contracting firm in NYC, mostly work in Manhattan & Brooklyn. These were the worst, most cheaply made cabinets we've ever seen. They had to be ripped out & started over, by a much more competent cabinet maker, cost us a pretty penny, but we learned a lesson: DON'T USE E WOOD.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about E-Wood. After dealing with several cabinet companies who were all disappointing and gave us the run around and were rude, our contractor with many years of experience referred us to E-Wood because he had a great working relationship with them. Mu Li, in particular, is just a wonderful person to work with. She was organized, courteous, and moved quickly. She arranged everything from the measurement of our kitchen, to workmen who came over to offer advice about our space, she delivered drawings to us which we quickly adjusted or approved, and then moved forward providing cabinets and installation, all within the timeline promised or even ahead of time. All of it was flawless, professional, and quick. What I have been most impressed with is their loyalty to their customers and standing behind their products. If we ever experienced anything that needed adjusting with our cabinets from the cabinet itself to hardware, they immediately addressed us as if we were new customers. They gave us quick and polite service, repairing things that needed it, providing replacement fixtures or cabinet faces. This is years later! They are one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. They were also very kind to me and my family and no matter what happened, they tried to address everything with top notch and cordial service. Everything was always managed well, even if they had a busy schedule. Everyone from the receptionist, to project manager, to the workmen who came over were as polite and competent as can be. I wish all companies were like this. They are great and I recommend them to the highest degree.

EWood is an amazing operation. They custom designed, built, installed a Kitchen Pantry & a nook that was beautiful. They are fantastic carpentry master craftsmen. I found them online, went to their showroom, they have their own huge shop which you can tell is well organized and professional. Well, were we impressed! They came to install & I was amazed at their talent & cleanliness. They were in and out of my house & it was like they were never here. The quality of the wood & the installation is self-evident .Extremely excellent service, no, don't know them, but i'm glad I found them. I won't go anywhere else. We just redid our kitchen and we used E-Wood to custom make all of our cabinets. They are very efficient and their price is very reasonable compared to a few other places I got quoted for. Their show room is very big and well organized. They have a lot of different options to choose from including colors, finishing, handles, swings , etc. Before going to their showroom, I really didn't know what or how I exactly want my kitchen to be like , talking to the staffs there really helped me solidify my final design of our new kitchen . I believe they have designing service there as well, I didn't use it though. Staffs are very knowledgeable especially Mu, who I worked closely with, everyone there are accommodating and friendly . I would definite recommend any of my friends to check them out if they want to personalize their kitchen and other cabinet needs
