2nd time visit. Don’t know why this is listed as an outlet, doors don’t work on the credenza, hinges basically falling off, staff is useless, they must hate their jobs. The discount is not worth the money for damaged pieces.

Ed (here at DWR) is your man. Great Customer service. This place is awesome for DWR furniture. If you have a truck... take it same day, no wait or they will help arrange delivery. Really good service. And if you can live with a scuff or two the discounts are amazing. Love it.

Bought 2 emody chairs great price. Mike the store manager guided us on all the features. Staff was able to help load it into my car. Excellent customer service will shop again

If you’re looking to upgrade your furniture to high design and actual high quality don’t hesitate to stop by here. They get in all of the best DWR has, and on any given day you can find your dream couch/chair/table/desk at a price that won’t induce sticker shock. It’s amazing the difference between the brands they carry and the chain stores (west elm, crate and barrel etc). It really is obvious when you see the quality difference, and with this being one of DWR’s very very few outlets you can wind up paying less for an actual high quality and long lasting piece of furniture that will have your guests complimenting you for years to come; than a couch or chair that every website has online under different names and in stock only in cream or white. Their stock is constantly changing, as it’s an outlet. However unlike the typical outlet, where the products for a designer clothing brand like Prada seem a bit off and probably were never approved to go to the main store, everything at DWR Brooklyn is the same amazing furniture offered at the showrooms. The big plus is that everything is ready to go, no waiting 3 months, and at prices that really do make “Design” within reach. Ask for Nicole, she’s the best, but really all of the associates are incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful. DWR across the board is a great company, but the outlet is a hidden gem. They even have their own instagram where they do floor walk throughs videos every few days or when something amazing comes in, and to announce flash sales. Such a great store and honestly just a great place for inspiration if you’re in the market for furniture. Chances are you’ll find something you fall in love with, and will take home with you, and will feel unique and special.

If you guys really value me, you should reply to the emails I send you. Since I can only buy online, you don't respond to my emails. How can I continue to buy from you?They refused to let me buy their product after I purchased embody chair, I don't know what I did wrong. I paid immediately and directly. But after getting my chair they stopped contacting me and refused to speak to me. I don't know what will happen if I go back, they should refuse me to buy any product now. If they do allow me to buy items, they should get back to me immediately. But some people are born with fake innocence, as well as arrogance.Maybe it's because I bought something with no warranty as well as no refund. So they maligned me by refusing to call again. After the first purchase was successful, they drove me away forever. My English is not good, so maybe I have been discriminated against. It's a shame they lost me, I would have liked to purchase more. I probably could have spent $10,000, it's a shame they only allowed me to purchase my embody chair and then immediately get the hell out of their store, they really took care of me. Haha.

the place is supposed to be open until 6pm, nowhere online any sign of the outlet being closed, it is a working day, 5pm... but nobody is here, doors closed. so we travelled here pointlessly.

We came to find Herman Miller office chairs and even though we stopped by after the long weekend, there are still a handful chairs left. Even though my partner couldn’t find the right chair, the staff named Nicole was so nice and helpful!! She promised to find us a chair, and texted us the next day with the exact specifications we wanted the chair to be in! Will always come back because of the good deals and Nicole - thank you so much!!
