All the poor reviews about this pharmacy are correct. The pharmacy is an absolute disaster. They don't fill prescriptions until you show up. Then they have you wait an hour or two, only to come back and tell you to wait another hour. The staff puts you on hold for 45 minutes minimum. Forget about ordering for same-day delivery!! They deliver it 5 days later. Unfortunately, I think it is because they are in a neighborhood that is predominantly a minority population. I went there last week and stood in the medicine aisle while on hold with the pharmacy to see why they have people on hold for so long. The young African American girl literally would pick up the call, then put me on hold, no greeting, NOTHING!! She did it about 5 times, and then they shut down and went to lunch. It's disgusting!! There was no line and she was not very busy. These pharmacists are making over six figures while they come into black communities and profit off of us while treating us horribly. I've gone to Duane Reades in Williamsburg and Bay Ridge and they aren't like this. I've already started a complaint to their corporate and I encourage customers to do the same. My next step is exposing them to media outlets. Some people need medications to keep them alive!! The pharmacy should be ashamed of their horrific customer service. If they are overwhelmed, then maybe the company should replace the incompetent staff with more qualified pharmacists and pharmacy technicians! Don't stop at just GOOGLE and YELP reviews! Call corporate and make your complaints!! The voices of the community need to be heard!

Generally an unpleasant experience. The pharmacy cancels prescriptions with no notice or reason almost every time.

Never have my medicine when it’s needed, I ALWAYS have to wait an extra two weeks or more. They are very incompetent and need to do better, they never know what’s going on which let’s me know they aren’t diligent in their jobs.

I go there sometimes to get my medicine , for some years now and it’s terrible service. None of those people got good attitudes, they don’t like their jobs so they don’t like the customer- kinda mentality. Essentially this is very off putting for me because I try to be quiet and polite. Even those pharmacists people are rude; the one that gives me the most attitude has locks and she always seems to put on an attitude when I’m there; I really don’t like her attitude. She need better training on how to deal with/ talk to customers or people in general. Today she essentially shooed me away from standing at her cash register right after asking a co worker to work on me

Well I didn’t think taking passport pictures was mission impossible for the employees there. Apparently it’s too hard for just anyone to do it and the one person that knows how to do it didn’t want to bother with customer service. I’m guessing this location hires just about anyone. What’s the qualifications? Lack customer service? Have no clue how to take pictures? Hire people that want to work. The job isn’t that hard.
