I walked into the store as it was my first time. I work up the street & I never get a chance to shop there. I was asked if I needed help, I said no, just looking. Right before I got to the back of the store (Moose Knuckles display), I notice two employees standing within close proximity to me. I walk around the store, looking a sizes & prices. They were looking at me, with attitudes. I finally ask one of the employees about a Karl Lagerfied Sweatshirt. I asked also about order options. There were UGGS on sale in the front and inquiring for my size was almost impossible, as if they didn't want to service me. I asked for footsie to try on the shoe, and the gentleman only gave me one. The best part was when I went to check out, my apple pay declined 2x, so I tried another card, when I went to slide the box over to get closer to the P.O.S, he jumped to put his hand on the box like I was trying to steal. Terrible. It was a good sale but terrible service. There are some purchases I want to make, but I won't be going back there. WOW. It was obvious it was a problem I was in there. Can't help but feel and notice it when reactions are like that.

Went to get UGG Tasman slippers in the color chestnut, they were out of stock. Kinda bad service. Seemed like they didn't care and didn't even check for the size I needed. The value was the same as the website.

Description of this clothing store, HORRIBLE! Salespeople are unfriendly and unhelpful. They stand around and stared at me. I asked a question about a winter jacket and was told that the price is the price. I didn't ask about the price, I asked about the quality. I said okay thank you for the information and walked out. This store is overpriced and even items on sale are not a bargain.How they stay in business is a mystery

Gosh!!!!! I saw this store when I was on my way to the mall, and I told my husband about it since he is very picky when shopping but we are Hispanics, so considering the reviews of this place, we will most definitely not go there. For me good customer service is a most when shopping because it makes me feel comfortable and makes me want to go back again. So sad because the store looks nice from the outside.

Went to this store recently and here is my take: - good quality items - good prices - horrible customer service. Not one smile. Not one 'can I help you'. Didn't even barely look in my direction. Even when I asked for help, it was as I was bothering them. And it wasn't one person. It was all of them. If I was the owner, I'd send in a secret shopper to see how they are treating customers bc its definitely affecting sales. I wanted to get the heck out of there as fast as possible. I've been there many times before , couple of years ago was the last time before thus latest trip, and the girls were lovely and helpful. Not so much anymore.

If I could give it a ZERO, I would. I thought it was just me, but as I read the other reviews, boy they were right! Talk about RACIST. If you’re Hispanic, “DO NOT” go to this store! From the minute you walk in, they make you feel so uncomfortable, No one even greets you or even ask if you need help, unless your white. Especially when they have some female worker that follows you all over the store like she’s security, what a joke. I went to buy a north face & Guess what they lost out. I spent my money somewhere else!
