I would never purchase or receive any services here. I originally walked in here three weeks ago for a quote for a name plate and chain and they tried quoting me $420 for a baby thin chain and small plate. I got a much better price and chain size a block away. I walked in today to get a locket tested due to the fact that it wasn’t marked as 14k. I was told before the test was done it would be $3.00 to test. After the test I realized I forgot my wallet in the car. When I walked back in they told me it’s was actually $5.00. And my only thought was “And this is why I would never buy anything here” Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Joan’s Jewelry. Much better pricing and honest workers.

Terrible place, they agreed to make a personalized bracelet and at the time of delivery the product was bad, I did not receive it and as they ordered it to be fixed then they called me to pick it up and first they charged when we saw the product it was ugly and they did not say that they did what they could but What else couldn't be done, they don't work well, I honestly don't know why they say they can when in reality they are of no use as if one were to collect the money. I do not recommend it.

Worst mistake I made handing in my jewelry at this place to get fixed... $115 to fixed 3 chains and a small pendant chain. Work was HORRIBLE... IF YOU NEED SOMETHING WITH JEWELRY I RECOMMEND YOU TO GO SOME WHERE ELSE. This was not worth $115...as you can tell from the pendant... there was parts cut off... GO SOME WHERE ELSE....

I received a bracelet from Dorian’s Jewlery store and I can say I love my new bracelet. The mother of the store was sweet and made sure she took care of my needs. I will go back to buy jewelry in the future.
