The one star view Is for the Manger or the women whom was one the floor I interrupt her phone by saying excuse me more then once after bein ignored I used out voice with she didn't like oh fyi I'm a customer the store was clean and stock well but who wants to give money to a store with rude management?

Store is a joke. Only very few people actually work in this store and there taken advantage of and treated horribly while the rest are paid to come there and hang out and do nothing at all. The manager makes the people he wants to sleep with supervisors and the supervisors either sit in the office all day on there phones or hang out in front of the store all day drinking and smoking weed. They even give friends and family members that aren’t employed there dollar tree name tags and they walk around there taking whatever they want and hang out in the store all day getting high with certain employees and supervisors that are on tye clock and being paid to do this day and night right In front of the manger himself. They treat the people that actually do their jobs there disgusting and have them like slaves. Theres probably on 2 actual people in this store that actually work. I only ever see a very light skin white or hispanic girl cashier that is on the register most of the time and the line will be down the back of the store and the rest of the girls are standing there hanging out and the manager does nothing about it. Customers constantly complain and say why cant one of the other girls standing here open a line and help her and there response will be nasty and say I’m a supervisor i don’t need to be on a cashier or they will just it get nasty or ignore u and go back in the office or the front of the store smoking and getting paid for it. Don’t know how that girl honestly puts up with that but i feel very bad for her especially cus she is very polite and works hard and the dark skin man manager talks to her disgusting in front of everyone clearly just because of her skin color. Rules only apply to certain workers while the rest do whatever they want. Its not a buissness its a hang out and honestly dont know how the owner doesnt have lawsuits by now just on what goes on in this store with the employees and management alone. Theres defiantly A-lot of favortism and racism here for sure and a corrupt store. Everyone seems to be a supervisor thats part of the click of employees that hang out there getting a free paycheck. not a real buissness a hang out and free paycheck for most of the employess.the noght crew is outside getting drunk and high blasting music packing bags of merchandise daily stealing from the store and are on camera and there the same ones playing cop or security following customers around the store accusing them of stealing. Its insane i personally have made several complaints to corporate cus i shop there daily and happen to live across the street from the store and see all of this going on day and night here. The funniest part is the super pf the apartment building doesnt repair or clean the building hes at dollar tree all day and night wearing a dollar tree tag hanging out with the girls all day getting high with them. I hope this is one of the dollar trees that is permanently closing honestly. I feel bad for the few employees that actually work there and need the job but the rest of them i don’t and they need to stop being paid to steal hang out and abuse the few hardworking employees in this dollar tree location. Defiantly a very disturbing place to work and a-lot of illegal and unjust treatment to certain employees.

This is the best dollar tree. The only problem I have is there's NEVER TOILET PAPER OR PAPER TOWEL, AND THE WORKERS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ACTUALLY ARE always working. LOVE YA FAM.

The workers are always looking at you to like everyone is a shop lifter. It's very annoying,not every one is coming to steal . They are not security guards or police , most of them are very rude , and the displays are not large enough or distributed through our the store to let customers know not every thing is 1.25 cents . But coperate don't care , I've made many complaints to corporate , nothing no response . It's just white people owned businesses,putting stores like these in African American neighborhoods. Making them food deserts .

I go here sometimes when I'm around the neighborhood. I mostly like buying sweets and little nicknaks . If you want cheap stuff that in other stores you pay a lot for , then you must check out Dollar Tree , save money and shop here at times .
