I would give this store 5 stars, but they didn't answer the phone. Other than that this store is immaculate!!! Very clean and organized and well Stocked. It even smelled good. They didn't have the item I needed as it was sold out but I would definitely go back and recommend others as well. The manager, Wendy, was very helpful and polite. She went out of her way to help me instead of just pointing down an aisle.

There items are over priced. Also when you stand on line to pay customers stay on top of you so no space to do my transaction. They can clearly see your debit information. Plus very bad customer service. Workers don’t care to help.

This is just a review on there overall staff and team working at the store. There is only about two to three helpful workers there at a time, everyone else is either rude, impolite or just not helpful.I was told from an employee that they were hiring and understaffed. I decided to apply and call the store. No One ever answered the phone nor did they return my calls. I then decided to head into the store in person, I was told that they weren't hiring (all tho they have a sign in front their door saying they are). I was then lied too and told to check other dollar generals cause they're hiring as well. I did so and was told as well as let down that they weren't hiring and had more than enough staff

Customer service was horrible . Manager was rude and unprofessional. I believe her name was sharif . I tried using a coupon for an item and she refused my coupon with no REALValid reason. Didn't even bothered scanning it. Ask her why , she said just no. Then lied about the size , when the only rule on the coupon said no “travel size “ . Every time I asked her a question she disregarded it . Mr Hicks please hire professional people to lead stores in your district .
