Went in to purchase 2 pairs of boots. The store was crowded and ONE person working who thinks customer service is a suggestion, not for my money. I will buy from bluestone directly. Thank you.UPDATED AFTER REPLY:Thank you for the response and the acknowledgement. There was only one person working and the response that was given was rather rude. I asked "Are you the only person working today?" Her response was "If you have some patients I will be with you" The store was packed! I knew it was going to be awhile.I contemplated going to the store in Park Slope and even called before I ventured over, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered directly from Blundstone Directly. thank you very much!

Stumbled across this store today and I'm happy that I did. The sales associate, Louis was incredibly helpful and patient as I tried on at least 5 pairs of shoes. I walked away with a pair that I am very happy with.

The sales person (Tameka) was on point let me tell you. There was another worker in the store but they didn’t do anything just a waste of space if you ask me. The young lady was working by herself truth be told. She took care of everyone and I mean everyone. I was very impressed her customer service was on point, She knew her shoes what she had in stock, if there wasn’t a color but brought out another color just in case. That was my first time ever walking into that store and I don’t ever shop in stores if I can’t get back my money for a return, but I’ll definitely be back because of her. Again the other person can go she didn’t even greet me or anyone. She was just in her own world basically acting busy but wasn’t. I worked retail before so I’m not fooled. I bought 3 shoes that day and came back the day after to purchase a shoe for my grandson. I would have giving the store 5 stars but she’s the reason why they got 4.

I bought a sandal there, and it broke after 10 days. I had to send it to repair, and it's been more than two weeks and they didn't write me back. BAD PRODUCTS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi,I have shopping yesterday and was thinking to buy a shoes. First pair was incredibly comfortable and had discounted, so I bought my size. The second pair they did not have in the store, but the sales person ( women) called to another location to ask if they had it. Once, her colleagues confirmed they had my size she forced to pay for that, but ask me to come back tomorrow to pick it up.Honestly, I think she violated the policy of the shop and made the mistake to force me to pay without having shoes at her hand. This behavior was very rude and unpleasant. How you can pay for shoes if you even did not try it. I had very bad impression about her and about shop itself.She simply can’t force anybody to pay for something what she does not have right now. So, I don’t recommend to shopping here and already advised all my friends to choose another store so they will not meet her again and won’t forcing to pay.Very disappointing!

My favorite high quality comfortable shoe store in the city. The shoes are beautifully designed and made with long-lasting materials. I’ve had a pair of leather sandals from here that are over two years old and look brand new. I can walk around the city all day in them and have never gotten a blister. Just picked up two new pairs for commuting and work (pictured). Very much recommend shopping here!

We need to talk about Abbey's phenomenal customer service. She helped me in my time of need. I was having a wardrobe malfunction. Basically desperate. She completely saved me and is my guardian angel. She deserves a raise, bonus, time off, and more. I will definitely come back to shop because of her. Thank you!!

My favorite high quality comfortable shoe store in the city. The shoes are beautifully designed and made with long-lasting materials. I’ve had a pair of leather sandals from here that are over two years old and look brand new. I can walk around the city all day in them and have never gotten a blister. Just picked up two new pairs for commuting and work (pictured). Very much recommend shopping here!

I love love love the sandals I bought so much that I ordered a 2nd pair and a pair for my sister - I needed a different size for my sister and they replied lighting fast that they had corrected my error. Highly recommend them for your footwear needs.
