Whish customer service can be more patient and slowly explain things

The supervisor name Donaldton was so professional and knowledgeable. But the lady on counter 3 needed more training, she got attitudes and not patience at all with me. I think her name is called mo-nam.

Accomplished what I had to do with no problems, but what I liked the most was the courteous treatment with every one, starting at the main entrance with the young lady that helped me with my appointment, the lady at window helping me the transaction, and finally with a very respectful security personnel. Thank you all 🙏🏻
