  I've been seeing Dr Shestakovsky since October 2021 after full right knee replacement surgery. My recovery has been amazing. Dr Shestakovsky really listens to me and using Fascial Counterstrain and other techniques, he really knows the right spots to work on that leads to pain release. My experience here is really incredible!!

  I came into the office with lower back pain and barely able to get up from a sitting position. Tylenol and lidocaine patches only masked the pain. After the first visit I felt much better. The stretches and adjustments made in the office loosened the muscles and relieved the pain. Dr. S was very personable and easy to talk to. Will definitely return for future visits.
