these guys really care about their craft and are so honest and kind. i went in thinking i'd have to pay a couple hundo for a weekslong residency for my controller (they've been busy!) to replace an unresponsive headphone cue button. they tested it in front of me and also suspected it might need to be checked in, but as a hail mary they decided to work in a little contact cleaner and gave it a little compressed air and voila, my button was back in action and they sent me on my way without charge, having won a lot of good will ? i dropped coffee money in their tip jar in sincere gratitude. once this beginner dj starts playing real parties with drink-spill-on-equipment risk, dj fix will be my go-to for the real fixes ??

DJ Fix is not only fast and efficient, they actually care about helping others get the job done. DJ fix kept the shop open later then the posted hours for me so I could pick my equipment up and make it to my gig that night. I’m forever grateful to have DJ fix in my life. I came here after I messed up the stylus on my Turntable. John and Paige were able to fix it in 10 mins, then I spent the rest of the afternoon at home blasting some Mac and Krule. Thank you, DJ Fix

Tried swapping cartridges on my pro-ject and yanked one of the wires from the leads. Brought my turntable and new cart to them and they reattached the wire cleanly and mounted and balanced my new cartridge for me . Just got it back today and it’s sounding AWESOME! next time I’m looking to swap or upgrade I’ll just bring it directly to the professionals.

Dear Jon, Oh no. Don't put this on the personal side of my own happiness. A real one not a polite fake one as the one I received when I called; your business just failed in your customer service. You provided this service only when you make enough money on that, not to ALL PEOPLE. And no, it's not as call a vegetarian restaurant and ask for stake. It's like calling a vegetarian restaurant and the vegetables are not fresh or served badly. Put your business in discussion if you receive a fair critic from a costumer. Arrogance doesn't help.

i got my tech12 rca and grounding cables replaced. dropped it off on dec 30th, picked it up on the 31st and was able to provide music for the nye party. every time i spoke to someone they were incredibly friendly and kind, they also picked up the phone when i called, and even gave me an ACCURATE price quote over the phone—which can be rare for audio repairs. i will definitely have my turntables serviced here in the future. 10/10 experience.
