Very fair, replaced my brake pads. Everyone is very friendly and helpful-even went above any beyond to fill my tires when I had arrived and the air compressor was off and the store was closed.

Amazing friendly bike shop with clear communication and GREAT pricing. Brought in an old, busted up road bike and they got it good as new, walked me through all the work done, and charged me less than any bike shop I’d been to before. Won’t be going anywhere else for repairs!!

Nine years ago (2014) my wife and I joined the Park Slope Food Coop -- and just up the street I found (Dave) Dixon's Bicycle Shop. I always found a welcome there, whether I was just browsing or needed a repair or info. Dave strikes me as a good-humored, no nonsense type of guy who knows a lot about bikes (after five decades of service). I've been to bigger bike stores -- one in California had an oval track so customers could test out the bikes; pretty cool! -- and other innovative, high-tech shops with young proprietors. But I always come back to Dixon's. I plan to buy my next bike there -- Dave suggested I wait until autumn when I'll get more for my money.

The guys at the shop was amazing. Had a solution to my bike rim and how to deal with a sliding seat post. Thanks, it totally worked. Def recommend this shop if you are having issues with your bike(s)

Had a flat tire that they fixed for me in under 20 minutes for a reasonable price, thus saving my Sunday bike ride. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Family run bike shop in the best sense of the word. Great customer service, relaxed atmosphere. They want nothing more than happy satisfied customers, the shop has been in park slope for two generations and they treat people as if they want to stay forever.

Chris Dixon is part owner in this store. I know him for about 50 years now. We went to SFX-Brooklyn together. Trust the Dixons-they have been serving Brooklyn since Pizza came to NY! I love you Chris!!!!

Best bike shop I've been to in Brooklyn, and I've been to about 4. The owner / main mechanic is so nice, really reasonable prices (I've had him not even charge me a couple times for a simple fix) I go out of my way to bring my bike here, he does really good, honest work. Definitely would recommend
