I ordered a customized, extra-thick Dreambed mattress in "extra firm" from Dixie Foam, and, I couldn't be happier. For sleepers who require a firm mattress for back support and overall comfort, this product is a godsend. Dixie Foam produces a superior product, without a doubt.

Back in the 90s we bought several mattresses, a foam chair/bed, and a foam sofa from you. All were excellent products and the latex mattresses out lasted the warranty by at least a decade. Eventually we had to give to a good home, since it stubbornly refused to show any wear.I remember when you used to have a store near Madison Park (was it there?). I'm happy to see that although you've moved your still supplying your excellent and indestructible latex mattresses

My friends mom actually referred me, she purchased 3 mattresses from here. Spoke to Mark, made appointment following Saturday, he was knowledgeable as to what I needed exactly and by the following Saturday I had my mattress at a fraction of what I would have paid at the mass production places. I waited 2 weeks before writing this. Absolutely would recommend.

Ordered one foam and promised me to deliver in my place for within a week but they delivered after 35 days of the order. So poor customer service . Not recommending

Do not buy! I purchased a pillow from this firm more than six months ago--Aug 22, 2022-and I have not received it to date. My inquiries and complaints to the company have elicited no response.

We've used Dixie Foam mattresses for years. They are consistently the best. We both need a extra firm mattress and their's is perfect. Mark is a great guy and really treats his customers great. You can't go wrong here, excellent product and the price is right!

Disgraceful customer service, absolutely the pits, not just now but for the past year or more (when I bought two top-end mattresses from here.) The owner -- Mark -- seems to be the only employee. He can't be bothered to reply to calls, polite texts etc. Or to make deliveries on a timely schedule. All you'll get is his protest that "I'm a busy guy"! I've bought half a dozen Dixie mattresses over the decades and was a great fan -- no more. I see Amina A, Tim T and other reviewers echo my frustration. But clearly Mark, the owner, can't be bothered and that says everything.

I have a purchased several beds over the past 15 years from Dixie Foam. Recently 2 full sofa beds. Extremely comfortable, great quality. I have been extremely satisfied with the quality. Prices are good too. Mark the owner has always been extremely helpful. It is all made in house.

I got a mattress here and was not really that happy with it in that it is not that comfortable. I am sleeping on my couch which I like better. The delivery date was postponed 3 times. I think the excuses I was being given were b.s. When it came it had a terrible odor which lasted a few days. Planning to give it away. Bad experience.

The products are fine. I've been a customer for more than 20 years. What I can't tolerate is such poor customer service. This is what's posted on the Dixie Foam website: "For customer service, to speak to a Dixie Foam specialist or general inquiries contact us and we will be in touch shortly usually within 6 hours." 6 days is more like it...if you ever get a response. Not acceptable.

We have been buying and sleeping on Dixie Foam beds for over 20 years. Occaionally we have veered off and purchased other mattresses that we've liked in hotels, or even a sleep number bed--But again and again we've replaced those, with Dixie Foam Beds. The Thermopedic is our current favorite, and we just bought two more of them. It really offers superb support and comfort and blissful sleep. And, Mark Broussard the owner/ manager of Dixie Foam knows his stuff and will guide you to what's best for you. We highly recommend these beds.
