One of the representative greeted me at the entrance so she can know how to assist me. After checking me in, Andy Eustache was so professional in welcoming me to his space. I came in to have 3 matters resolved. After Andy closely paid attention to my situation. He was able to offer me a product that I thought I would not qualify for . Also the fact that he speaks multiple languages just like me, this made me feel like he could relate to my experience. As a former commercial banking employee, he went above and beyond to assist me. “This review is specifically for Sana Parvaz as she went above and beyond in trying to rectify the issue we were experiencing. From last week I had an issue ordering a checkbook. Tried online through Chase.com-failed, something with deluxe website maybe, maybe not..called them spoke to chase reps on the phone also ran into an issue. While on the phone was brushed off and told to try again later. Ok, tried again few times in the next few days..failed miserably. Decided to stop by the physical chase brand and was greeted by Sana. She was phenomenal, very personable, friendly and courteous. In fact other staff members were great also, even the branch manager greeted me and thanked me for using chase and coming into the branch. Sana was able to assist me and I highly recommend her, the woman needs to be promoted.”
