Horrible experience the Company shipped me a used and extremely old ice machine 3000 dollar he also lie everyday here is the proof careful with this seller I paid in full and he delivered garbage only promises to fix it and than juts stop answering a guy there name is Joe he lies like he breathes I finally had to buy a new one and pay double while he charged me for a new unit and stop answering he also promised to pay me back but of course he didn’t he is a thief and a liar be very careful

I am an old time Brooklynite and wary of people who promise more than I think they can deliver. Anthony of Home Appliances was a gentleman to deal with and delivered all appliances as promised. I worked with him over the phone and never met him in person. I would highly recommend Home Appliances. Anthony was more than cooperative and assisted me throughout the process.

Not all deliveries always go perfectly but the test of a great business is when they work with you to make it right. Both Joe and Anthony worked with me and Sub-Zero non-stop to ensure whatever was not perfect with my delivery was rectified and made perfect in the end. There was no better price to be had -- believe me, I did a lot of price checking -- and no faster delivery of my refrigerator than with Designer Appliances. I will definitely use them again for all my appliances going forward and I most definitely recommend them as well.

From purchase to installation (dishwasher) everything was terrific. Designer Home Appliances kept us updated daily on order and delivery status. Installers were professional. I am truly grateful for a wonderful experience.

What a great experience it was dealing with Joe and his team at Designer Hone Appliances. We were in immediate need of a new Sub-Zero refrigerator. As we called other appliance stores we learned there is approximately a one year wait for a new order. When we called Designer Home Appliances, the owner Joe confirmed the one year waiting time and offered us a new in carton 2022 model that he had in his warehouse. True to his word it was delivered in two days and his installation crew was stellar. The three man crew led by Adamo were extremely careful and professional. We received a fair price and excellent service. if you are in the market for a high end appliance, call Designer Home Appliances.

Promises beyond promises. One week led to 4 months. Excuse after excuse. Still have not delivered. Spend your money else where!
