Tracy is the best worker Dennis have. If you go to dennis in Brooklyn location , especially Tracy was so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She went out of her way to call other branches, checking for pickup availability in Kingston, she wanted making sure we have the right contact information and even advised us when the best time would be to call the other location in order to ask if the pick up is available. When we went to Kingston to pick up they even recognized us by name, Excellent customer service, 100% recommend by me barry=)

First of all customer service and management service was terrible, one of the guy was being rude and because I told him he would not be receiving any tip from me, they delayed my box for at least two weeks after they were told that it was for my dad’s funeral timeline.

The worst shipping company my barrels take over a month to destination and all I can hear the shipment was delay and what hurt I sent one more barrel after with a different company and they got it so with Dennis, never again will I made this mistake

The men who pick up my barrels were very nice and friendly. I called and was told that my barrels will be shipping the following week instead of the same week that it was picked up. It was picked up on a Tuesday.That’s the reason they get 2 stars.

I must say that thus shipping company was very good, everyone I interacted with was very friendly from the young lady answering the phone and answering all my questions since I have never shipped anything overseas before, ensuring that I knew all the fees included and time frames for pick up and what I should write in the box was very helpful.
To the man who came to puck up our very large box, it was very early in the morning and he was friendly and funny and very professional.
Their tracking system online could use some work though because I had the option to pay online, but there system never updated the full amount only the fees, thankfully the guy left the paper confirming the price the young lady gave over the phone so I had to manually enter it and keep checking back to see when the item was shipped, it never said when it arrived either but I got confirmation from the person picking up. But all in all a very good experience, would definitely use them again

Professional, untime friendly honest staff.They get the job done as promised! HOWEVER, just not satisfied with the increased shipping fees and the lack of incentives.??♂️There's no discounts whatsoever. It would be more encouraging if there were some type of incentive being offered to (A) very long-standing-consistent customers who utilize the services of this company annually. There are those who ship barrels etc multiple times per year. And there's no acknowledgement or reward for being a valued customer. (B) Customers who ship multiple barrels at the same time - in one batch, (FOUR PLUS) like "myself" would be thrilled to receive a discount at that juncture. (C) Or simply offer a free barrel when purchasing three or more, that could also be a way to give back to those specific customers, as a gesture of appreciation. ?
All in all, it's a great reliable shipping company regardless!?✌???

I call both numbers and it peeps and hangs up why Eve have them if you can never get anyone

They answer when I call the 800 number. I recently send a barrel and they charged $10 and called it peaked time fee. I was like what??
.So far they seem to be a little cheaper then other shipping company but a fee is ridiculous in my opinion.
