After purchasing painting supplies here for the past ten years since moving into the neighborhood, my husband and I will never give them our business again. I called today to make sure of their hours (during the pandemic) and was told they would be open for another 30 minutes. I got there within 8 minutes and the shop was dark and the door was locked. A gentleman came up to the door outside while I was calling the shop and he was buzzed inside. I entered behind him and was told by someone behind the counter that they were closed up and everyone had gone home. In the meantime, I could hear the man who had answered my call about their closing time in the background. I had lugged a bulky cabinet door there to get a paint match. What an unpleasant way to be treated by a business.

The staff perfectly tinted primer for me (a task I thought was impossible because of the nature of the specific primer I needed), and gave me excellent advice that aided in the success of my mural project! I needed a lot of primer and they had it in stock, and other Benjamin Moore stores nearby didn’t. They also loaded the paint in my car. Amazing customer service!!!
