My father paid his national grid bill on June 1st, he received a cut off notice on July 8 because the payment didn’t go through. I tried to fix this issue several times and it has not been solved. Today is July 24 and he has no gas. Do not recommend any of these chain stores.

Sometimes the waiting line can be long depending on the time and day one goes. In any event, their services are very up to par and the staff are very friendly since I have been going there for years.

Slowest place in all of New York. I was there today around 9:30am and there was only 1 girl meanwhile there’s a whole guy in the back just staring at us in the window literally sitting on the counter not doing nothing at all smh

I’m reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau. My sister went to cash her check at this place and the young dark skinned female in her late 40s with glasses was asking her so many personal questions about her check and where she work and what type of check it is and what’s her job number. My sister told her normally when she cashes her check no one asks this many questions. She told the lady she seemed sketchy and u were leaving and that’s when all of a sudden she wanted to cash her check. Please be careful.

The worker's here are very welcoming to the customers but the place is horrible there is no automatic door service for the wheelchair customers you have to struggle to open the door and there is no air conditioning it's so hot in there by the time you get to a window you're so upset at least put a fan or open the doors it was horrible
