I was looking for a stroller for twins. In the photo, the store inside is large, but it turned out to be a small room. there were only 2! strollers for twins… I wasted my time

I haven’t physically been to their store but I have ordered from them through Amazon more than once (by mistake the second time) and I can only say DO NOT purchase from them.I had two very bad experiences. First I returned a defective stroller but they refused to refund me and kept the stroller. After about 5 phone calls Amazon eventually refunded me. Second time, the stroller I ordered as a replacement (by mistake from same seller) was again defective, they kept a 50% ($270) restocking fee because box was opened. They are awful.

Exclusively Great Place to shop!! Best service ever!! Nicest people!! They went above and beyond for us after I had an issue with my carriage 3 years after I bought it there!!
