Don't buy anything in this junk shop if you don't want to be cheated, they often sell expired items, I bought the wrong item, they said to give me a refund on Credit Card,but I never got a refund, the item was returned, but my money was never returned.

This store sells expired baby formula, and when I went to return it, they didn't admit that it was sold by them. Especially Indians have a very bad attitude. They finally said they would refund the money, but they have received a refund email so far. Everyone must pay attention.

It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of the pharmacy. You have the most idiotic automated telephone system. Next chance I get I’m switching my pharmacy to another company. Before you implement a “new and confidential voicemail system” someone should probably test it - the resulting customer experience is simply horrible!

Rude staff at this location everytime i go the staff they keep starring at you like you are suspicious for no reason. Today i went and i wanted to buy foundation from Maybelline the manager said no testing, as this first time i always test on my hand to match the color in other pharmacies, i asked how these ones are open, dirty and half empty for a reason first she just ignored me and then then she said yes but you are not suppose to test them, i asked another manager he said yes you can buy and return if you don't like them and while i was walking out he sou you can do that at sephora.

Very Bad customer service!! Told an associate, one Isle away, that I needed to purchase an item that was in a locked glass shelf and could she open it for me. To my dismay, she asked me to go back and ring the bell. I did so, only then did she come to unlock it. I am a Senior citizen and was made to feel like a school kid, who was being punished! I did not appreciate this at all. What would it have taken for her to walk back with me to unlock the shelf when I asked her to….I asked to speak to a Manager, but my request was ignored.This will be my last visit to this CVS…

They really need to figure out how to organize the line at the pharmacy. It’s like a free for all and people get angry.Set up some pylons or floor markings. It’s an easy fix.Just waited in line for 20 minutes to be told it’ll be 45 more. When asked if I had to wait in line again I was told “not if we call you”This place needs to shut down and start over.

ZERO STARS.The worst CVS in Brooklyn due to unpleasant service. We wanted to use the drop box service. We had 2 small packages measuring approximately 10' x 6' x 6' each. The manager, without looking at the parcel rack, told us there was no room to take our boxes even though we saw there was space. This happened not the first time. Moreover, at other times, when I used a printing service, I got a message that my pictures were ready for pickup, but when I went there they told me to come the next day.
