This pharmacy moves at a snails pace despite the fact that there’s always 5+ people back there. The lines are ridiculously long and god forbid you have a question. I was going to switch there from rite aid on fort Hamilton since unfortunately they’re closing and I needed something close by but even just going in today ..chaotic mess! I’ll take the trip to 86st vs waiting on line for 20min+ for a prescription and to passed around for a simple question.

I rare shop at CVS by Fort Hamilton Parkway . The young guy whom where by cashier were very friendly , very polite . It isn’t easy see employee like him . Great for him

Bad experience and the said my health insurance card is canceled but its active they just want me to pay cash but they cant said that.before also i had bad experience with thier pharmacy section.i will never go there.

The customer service was good . But the coupons are not clear and I bought to body sprays for my wife they said if u buy 2 u can have them for $5 dollar each and when I went to the cashier they were $9 dollar each and everything else is expensive 5 small things for 50 dollars

To be perfectly honest they are not even worthy of one star, I have been calling now 2 days now they cannot even return a phone call ridiculous , No one picks up the messages Not even with the simplicity of their process being automated they cannot even return a call there's no way to speak to someone how do you run a pharmacy in this manner!

Great sales staff. Great coupons. Great sales. Greatly appreciate the pharmacy calling and emailing when prescriptions are due to refill and are ready for pick up!
