I had placed an order for a few 4×6 pictures to be printed out. It was supposed to be pick up in 2 hours. Got no confirmation that the order was ready. We are now an entire day later, I went anyway, saw an employee typing away on their phone, and asked for help getting my pictures printed. No, it was absolutely impossible to print out the pictures. Even though the store had no customers and the person on staff was texting. Also, the self print kiosks were out of order. I think I have to cancel this order because with this attitude and level of customer service, it could be weeks before they manage to print 5 4×6 pictures. The cvs does have a parking lot and seemed well stocked. So there is that. Just avoid for anything that requires customer service. They don't do that here.

It is a nice place to go to for a quick shopping trip. It has its own parking space for an added convenience for those who are driving.

I saw that this location had a ups access point so I came here to drop off boxes for a friend to his buyers. The labels were all slapped on perfectly fine. However, the worker I asked refused to accept them and said the labels were “not slapped on correctly” plus that I’d have to take them to the ups store less than a 5 min walk away. I was so confused because all the labels were taped up on the boxes just fine but I didn't want to waste my breath getting into it with her, so I just went up the block and the ups store worker said there was nothing wrong with my labels. He was able to scan them out and ship them off for me. Hence, the young lady at the cvs who “helped” me was too lazy and incompetent to do her job. Completely unacceptable.

Neighborhood pharmacy which is needed—- but it needs a MAJOR UPGRADE, this shelf in particular has looked like this for the better half of 1 plus years. Smh.
