Today is my 6th day of being able to pick up my prescription and according to this pharmacy they have a drive-thru pharmacy service. The staff is very rude and they require you to enter the pharmacy with a very strong attitude and the parking lot is always full. There is nowhere to go. park your car, they don't want to attend the Drive-Thru area, elderly people come and treat them very badly and require them to go to the pharmacy when it is very difficult for them to walk and it is easier for them to use the drive-thru service they offer - thru I don't understand, it's been months since they don't feel like attending

Great pharmacy. My mom has stuff all the time and they a great job of having things ready quickly. If there is an issue the pharmacist is there to work it out. There is a drive through though it has not been open lately but there is plenty of parking always available

The service here is so bad. You would ask for your prescription multiple times and come back and forth to the pharmacy and it’s still not ready. This happened to me so many times. For example, my insurance would pay for a 90 day supply but they keep filling for 30 and I have asked them to add a note to my file but it does not work. I wish my insurance allows me to go somewhere else.

Waited 10 minutes for help getting deodorant. I rang bell several times. I even asked someone for help and they said someone was coming. No help at all. I get they have to lock stuff up but they should make help available. This is why people go to Amazon. Hey, I try to shop local to support business but waiting 10 minutes for deodorant is crazy!

Horrible service. Lady with the black hair glasses behind the drop off area in the pharmacy has such POOR manners. She needs to be fired! Go work at a McDonald’s with that nasty attitude.

Today was my 5th attempt at getting my prescription from this location. The last 2 times I spent over 40 - 45 min in line and eventually I gave up.3rd time I came to drive through on my lunch brake and they closed the window in my face and 4th time now was rushing to leave early from work because I’m working 9am to 6pm. I walked in got to the pharmacy 6:01pm when they were about to close the gate and I asked the woman behind the counter please im trying pick up my prescription and one of the pharmacy team had the audacity to tell me to with biggest attitude why you coming so late?!I tried speaking to store manager took her like 15 min and 5 speaker requests to come to the front…. and her response was basically don’t care either.What kind of customer service is that?!Very disappointing from this location .. they need to change the entire staff. They’ve became as useless as state bread

Absolutely love my local cvs. They are always fully stocked and current on their active sales and making sure everything is labeled in time
