VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I needed medication for my 3 year old and had it transferred to this location. I called to ask if it was ready being that I know they close at 8pm and it was 725pm. A guy who answered said your med isn't ready but it's next so come now because we close at 8. My husband arrives 745 and the gates are closed everyone is gone. A girl answer the phone and hangs up, and tells my husband she can't process any items being that she's not pharmacy staff. Now I have to wait until the morning and my daughter is in pain. So ridiculous and could have been communicated with effective communication!

Don't go here ever. Bleed to death. The absolute worst customer service ever. Manager refused to open a register. Only offering self check out. This customer service incites shrink. If there was a discount for self check out sure. I don't work here. I don't go anywhere else and get asked to do their job for them. One star because no stars is not a choice. They should give you money for going in here.

My prescription was put in Thursday morning - it is now Tuesday morning - no prescription filled. Not sure what needs to be done for this pharmacy to reach a level of competence but this is a stain in the neighborhood for real.

If I could leave 0 stars for all of CVS as a company, I would. They are horrible when trying to call them. As a Registered Nurse I would strongly advise all patients to avoid using CVS, who as a pharmacy does not care for the patients, but the company's bottom line.

Legitimately the worst pharmacy. I have to plan to wait in the pharmacy line for at least 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. They randomly put my prescriptions on hold alllll the time and tell me to call on the app. But when I call I’m on hold for 3-10 minutes and then I get hung up on, repeatedly. It takes approximately 5 calls and at least 30 minutes for them to tell me they’ve now put my prescription through. I’m never notified when my prescriptions are ready, I have to constantly check the app. It feels like a part time job to keep myself medicated with this place. I’m sure it’s because they are under staffed and under paid, so I blame CVS and not the I individuals but it’s legitimately infuriating to deal with.

Absolutely disgraceful. The phone number should simply be erased--they do not answer. Sadly, you can only get away with treating majority black/Hispanic low income neighborhoods this way. Zero chance you get by with this behavior in predominantly white/middle income areas. When you devalue your community, you devalue YOURSELF!! DO BETTER!

Ugh. I’m so disappointed that this has to be the pharmacy next to my apartment. You call them, wait on hold forever only to be hung up on. They do it on purpose. Just read the other reviews. The staff is terrible

These people are the worst. Keep you on hold for 40 minutes then hang up without saying a word. Disgusting.
