Was on hold for 3.5 hours, guy finally picked up and said hello?, gave me literally 3 seconds to respond before hanging up without giving me a chance to unmute and say something. Excellent staff!

Nick was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to assist me with my needs. His friendly demeanor, efficiency, and willingness to answer all my questions made my visit a pleasant experience. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

The store manager racially profiled me, claiming I was shoplifting seconds after picking up a prescription. After proving it with the prescriptions in hand, his “tough guy” act ceased. He needs to be fired ASAP!

I am very satisfied with the 8430 New Utrecht Avenue Brooklyn, New York location. Rewards program is nice. I responded to the store's request for comments. The item I stated that was not in the store is always currently available. Several employees have been very professional in assisting me with the checkout. I want to thank Lennox who very patiently and politely assisted me with my check-out. ?

CVS in Brooklyn is very well managed. The staff are helpful and always present. I always need a staff member to help me with gift cards for my clients. I also enjoy the selection of dried fruit and nuts.

No cashiers. Clearly pushing their automated checkout. Attendants at the head of the line, instead. Attendant this morning even used automated system for me.

No wonder why their rate is low due to not being very professional, came to pick up Mt medecine because they sent a text message that it was ready and came at 1 not knowing they all leave for lunch at 1:30 to 2pm never met a place like this and not just that I came back later and they still have me waiting for 30 min it's not fair to have people waiting for long if they can't get their things together they need to hire better management before they were fast.
