Always very pleasant at this location, when I need assistance the staff is very helpful & the front end staff always always greets me, the pharmacy is also very pleasant. This location has come a long way, the store has been renovated and looking very clean. Thank you CVS

I'm going to give a 2 stars , I very much like this store but there is a down fall, a very entitled goofy person ( The Red Head clerk ) she showed her true colors with me , and I for certainly let her know I'm not the one. The red head was very rude and made a scene for a small question. The very entitled red head clerk thinks she owned the store and run everything there. The store is great, and pharmacy as well but the red head dark skin girl has to go, the company need to read the review here and transfer her out of this neighborhood friendly store, that lil entitled brat.

Updated: May 2024. If I could remove the previous one star, I would. Recently, my doctor had to question the staff's reading competency as they received a prescription that was back-ordered and instead of calling to inform us of this, they just did not engage with the request at all. Very trite, defensive, and unaccountable response to the doctor's office is a reminder of why we left this pharmacy in the first place. Also, there is a fairly new pharmacist/staff member who is very rude, dismissive, and overall off-putting. She does not necessarily reflect the majority demographic of the neighborhood and this is important given her demeanor, attitude, and lack of cultural responsiveness is of concern. Overall, the staff is pretty nice and though I have seen improvements in the overall efficiency of the store, the pharmacy has a long way to go---it is unethical to have information regarding back ordered medication and not inform the patient. We have since transferred our medication to the Walgreens nearby.

CVS management and headquarters needs to address it's lack of training and professionalism among their pharmacy staff, Not only does their lack of training impact customer confidentiality, it sets a very low precedent for customer service at CVS. I have picked up my mother's medication at this pharmacy for over 10 years.
On January 15th, 2021 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and noon, an incident occurred where two female staff members, one Latina and one Black-American woman violated and disrespected my mother because the Latina staff member was clearly incapable of inputting the information provided into the system. My mother had to restate her name and date of birth not once but twice. If that was not enough, another staff member, the Black-American staff member had to guide her through the menial task of simply searching for the prescription that my mother was called to pick up. The Latina staff member flung the medication onto the counter and appeared confident in her poor treatment of a senior woman.
I am disgusted with quality of service provided by this pharmacy. So much so, that I had all of medications sent to capsule. I would advise against reinforcing CVS's lack of commitment to provide its customers with consistent, quality service--especially during these trying times. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again and will take steps required to have my mother's prescriptions filled elsewhere.
Unfortunately for the other staff members in the pharmacy section, the odor of poor customer service provided by their peers reeks and casts a negative light on all the pharmacy staff there.
I am Disgusted.

Store has been here over 25 years and while it may look dated, I find the service much better then it once was. Carpet is clean, shelves are fully stocked, checkout line is often short. And the Pharmacy department, while it really gets slammed with I cannot imagine how many prescriptions per day, always has at least half a dozen employees trying their best to keep the neighborhood healthy. They are always pleasant and eager to help when I have to pick up a prescription. I am grateful they are around.

If you ever want to get yourself in a bad mood and totally waste your day, go into the CVS and try to do any of the services that they offer you will leave completely annoyed, aggravated and upset.

This CVS has the rudest clerk, I asked her a simple question about the price and she had this attitude, like it bothered her to have to answer me. She’s the clerk with the reddish hair and finger tattoos. I would avoid her line if possible.
