Feels crazy to leave a review on a CVS but this one is so heinous I feel it’s my duty. Where to begin. There is basically one of everything in stock at all times (generously). Entire aisles look wiped empty most days. There are locks on LITERALLY everything and half the time they tell you they don’t have the keys to open them. The employees all act like they’re being held hostage. Just don’t waste your time, support a local dollar store or literally any place else.

Accused of being a liar by the manager. So rude and unprofessional! Gaslighting?!
I placed a pickup order online but never picked it up. Still, I got an email saying it was picked up and I was charged. When I went to the store, the manager insisted he remembered me taking it last week.
I explained politely that I didn’t, and maybe he was confusing me with someone else, but he kept saying he REMEMBERS I picked it up. So now a customer trying to resolve an issue is treated like a liar? Calling a customer a liar without evidence. How is that not gaslighting?
Rude, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. A manager shouldn’t rely on memory to handle serious issues and shouldn’t imply that the customer is a fraud. This is manipulative and completely out of line for customer service. I’m extremely offended. Already reported the complaint about this manager. Never coming back here again.

They are always so low on stock. Especially the fridge and snack aisle. This was my last time going here even though it’s the only
CVS in my neighborhood. Also the staff are so rude and it’s dirty on the floor and a mess and so un-organized

I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TERRIBLE SERVICES PHARMACY DEPARTMENT . Especially one Indian lady was really rude to me. I stood there for about an hour waiting for my prescription, and I was silent, and I was very polite to the new worker because she didn't know so well. But that lady came and she showed me her angry attitude. In general, I have to be angry because they don't understand what medicine I need it. They want to charge me extra by saying Insurance not covered. So I said, "Give me those medications that are covered by insurance." They put 7 medications in 1 bag, and I said I'm not paying take that out. They were too lazy to open which medicine I needed. Im really surprised that the manager was there and she didn't care about it. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED TERRIBLE SERVICES PHARMACY DEPARTMENT.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this CVS Pharmacy today was absolutely disappointing. I visited to find an over-the-counter treatment for fungal acne (I had a breakout overnight and my dermatologist appointment is not until another week) and sought advice from the pharmacist. To my surprise, when I asked the pharmacist for advice, they seemed completely unfamiliar with fungal acne. Their exact response was, “What is fungal acne? I’ve never heard of that. I’ve only ever heard about acne, not fungal acne.”
I’m pretty sure fungal acne is a common condition with readily available over the counter treatments, such as antifungal creams or shampoos. It was shocking and disheartening to encounter such a lack of knowledge from a licensed pharmacist, whose role is to provide guidance on medications and health concerns. Either the pharmacist did not want to assist, or they lacked the expertise required for the role. In either case, this was unacceptable, as patients rely on pharmacists for accurate advice and support.
I hope CVS prioritizes ensuring their pharmacy staff, especially the pharmacist, are properly trained and equipped to handle common health inquiries.

We ordered the flyers online and they gave us a date when we could go pick them up. When I got there, they said that the machine wasn't working and they didn't know when they would be able to print it....
