There is pharmacy consultant her name is Rimma .k her behavior is so bad that I couldn’t explain the way she talk with customer I don’t think she never work for customer service in her life time she was so rude the way she talk with customer’s its a discrimination

Honestly, avoid this place like the plague. Picking up a prescription will take at least an hour, that is, if it’s even there.There’s been multiple times where I’ll get a call and text saying my prescription is ready. I usually give it a day or two, and when I get there they’ll make excuses that it’s not there.They’ve left out prescriptions that should be refrigerated. They’ll give you the wrong quantities, and prices always seem off. I’ve called them, my insurance and corporate in circles just to get a single prescription filled. And I have to do it almost every time.For such a serious job, they really aren’t doing it, or taking it very seriously. Choose another CVS or pharmacy if you wanna save yourself a headache.

I went to pick up a order I had placed online. There was literally 3 people behind the counter and not one was eager to help. It was a transaction that should of been seconds and ended up being minutes.

I am nauseous, vomiting a lot nausea, because of lack of vitamins, my doctor sent me prescription via email but I came to CVS and they told me to wait. I asked them to send it,they said that we sent a prescription , I didn’t understand what was going on,I asked them what to do, the Pakistani woman didn’t look at me, please speak to me and said load, without medicine,I came home crying in this pharmacy even if you do, nobody has a job ??????

On 12/30/23, I was looking at the locked medicine cabinet when an employee named Akib (Sorry, I might have the spelling wrong) walked up. He asked if I needed help, and I told him no, I'm just looking. He's said he could wait here and said no, It's okay. I don't like people hovering over me. He said he could open the door for me. I told him no, it's okay, I have issues in here with being followed like I'm a theft, so I don't want no misunderstanding. I told him if i need help, I'll ring the bell. He finally leaves. Later, I found what I wanted, so I pressed the bell. While walking over, he said I told you I could have left it open for you, I was just over there. "I told him again how I get followed like a theft, and if you ask someone if they need help and they say no, just leave it at that. He said he could've waited. I told him I told you I don't like people hovering over me. He then asked, Do I still want something? I asked him if he was a manager, and he said no, he's in the front. I told him he's rude and left to speak with Kyle, the manager. I spoke with him, and he said he would speak with him and document the complaint. The level of customer service needs improvement because it's not just him. Akib is just one of many. Most of the new workers are rude for no reason and follow/ watch you like you stole something. I lived here all my life before a CVS. Get to know the community that shops in your store. It is not a good feeling having to deal with people like that when you shop so much about 3 times a day about every other day.
