This branch is horrible. You can’t even reach the pharmacy by phone. They want you to leave a message instead of speaking to someone. There is no such thing as an emergency with them.

First experience with this branch was the worst experience. I came here to collect a suspension syrup for my infant that needs to be mixed with water and make it ready by the pharmacy. But when I took my medication home and checked it, that was not mixed. After waiting for 40 minutes inside the pharmacy all I got was incomplete medication. Then I have to go back to them all the way from my home and got it done. All I have to say is very irresponsible staff. A message for their future customers if you have any syrup for kids, before leaving them open the box and make sure they make is ready for consumption.

CVS on Flatbush Avenue was a great experience; I had an older gentleman with a Caribbean accent customer service personnel see me in the store looking for an item & go look in the stock room and bring up two of the items that I really needed for my mom in an XL size. He could have just let me look not see it in the pile and walk off but he went above and beyond to be polite and bring up the item. Wonderful personality, very personable and A1 customer care. Thank you sir I appreciate your efforts. 296 Flatbush Ave Brooklyn NY. Please give the older gentleman a paid weekend off and lunch and some accolades for his work.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy and customer service that we have ever dealt with. Nothing like waiting on the phone for 45 minutes only to be hung up on repeatedly because someone doesnt want to do their job. Cvs needs to seriously restructure this store, because they are absolutely horrible, a disgrace

The staff are really nice. Two nearby cvs closed, siphoning the client base to this one, which is in a low-income neighborhood. The issue I have is that the location is absolutely filthy, stock is kept at a bare minimum, and everything is locked up. Staff even have said, "If it's not tied down, they'll take it so we cant give you the product until you get to a register." It just makes me sad to have to be forced to go to a place where the staff are almost forced to treat everyone like a potential criminal. I know it's not personal but it definitely is a neighborhood and management issue

I would love to give this pharmacy ratings in negatives but I don’t have the option to do so. My brother came to get his son’s medicine and they mentioned it will be ready by 5PM. He came and was told to wait and there was no ETA. There was one person at the computer near drop off area who told my brother to leave the consultation area in a very rude manner. His name was John who definitely needs to learn how to talk to customers and be respectful.

Dysfunctional pharmacy made me wait an hour for my child antibiotics and didn’t even mix it and we only realized when we got home.My husband ended up driving back there at 10 pm!!!
