Well I wish I read the reviews prior entering this store. Here's how it went:
Walked in and found the product I was interested in. Saw a young kid and walked up to him asking if he could help me get the product as it was behind a lock. He responded with if I rang the bell, which I didn't and proceeded to go back and ring the bell. To my amusement the same kid comes and proceeds to open the the door and take the product I asked for. He said he will have to bring it to the cash register which is a ok. But first I wanted to see expiration date of said product which he didn't want me to do but which I managed to and looking at it was expiring in few days. I asked him then if I could check the other boxes for an expiration date to which he replied I can't put my hands in there (who has time for this nonsense?) while he stood there deer in headlights and so I left.
Went to Duane Reade on Bedford and N3. Got help from a lady who didn't take issue with me looking at the date and let me know I get 2nd half off. Scored!

cvs has made it impossible to speak to an actual person by phone. i don’t want to leave a ‘secure message,’ i want to ask a pharmacist if my difficult-to-fill prescription is on back-order and, if so, make arrangements to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. the app and automated system don’t have that info. i now have to go in-person to do what should be a 3-minute call.

Just save yourself some time and don't go here. The younger employees were nice, but the older ones were rude and unhelpful. If you need to print something do NOT come here, go to the FedEx up the street. FedEx was super quick and the employees were very kind. At this cvs the printer breaks randomly and I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me they couldn't print the items I ordered

It was the the third really nice Saturday of the summer, and total chaos inside this store.
It took 10 minutes for staff to arrive and unlock the coolers, and the 1 cashier on duty directed everyone to self checkout machines that were locked up with error messages.
It took 20 mins total to make a purchase.
Walk a few blocks and go to a local deli/corner store. This location is a waste of time.

Customer service is exceptional. Far above other CVS locations and NYC in general.

Manager hates her job
Walked in around 8:15 Sunday May 19
clicked on the button to get a product from the locked window
She walked to me yelling hey I heard it the first time
Well I accidentally clicked twice and don’t give me attitude because you hate your job
She then decided that I wasn’t going to get the products I needed and called the cops lol what a shame

I wish I could give this store a negative 10. They must have horrible leadership because the staff is ghetto. Workers wearing bonnets and lack of customer service. Do better!!!

The staff here are miserable and have attitude when asking for products that are all locked because they don’t want you to steal . Lines are super long , no staff at cash registers. Just super frustrating environment wouldn’t recommend

Don’t bother calling the pharmacy for anything. They never answer the phone.
