One of the worst. The inventory control on EVERYTHING means you will be constantly waiting for someone to unlock a cabinet, fridge, etc (including the ice cream). Always out of everything you need, terrible pharmacy with unhelpful staff. A poster child for post pandemic NY’s retail problems. This store has pushed our family to order more and more online just to avoid the negative experience and frustrations.

Incredibly racist staff. Victoria claims she’s the manager and will not honor CVS policies even if you are a member. She makes up policies on the spot. Incredible disingenuous. Go to this location if you’d like to be disrespected

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Got there at 9:45 and the doors were locked to get into the store although they closed at 10. I rushed to get there and asked very politely to be let in and the workers laughed at me as if I was doing something wrong. Very rude and disrespectful.

Very often they do not have the advertised items in stock. Store often appears sloppy and uninviting. I must say that our pharmacies in the UK are much nicer and neater. Pharmacies are very much appreciated there as compared to the US in general…I am glad that CVS does not operate outside the US.

Good looking cvs, pretty much what you expect from any cvs. The 2 stars are because the employees are rude and things are always broken there and take forever to fix.

Not very customer service oriented. Since they recently changed store managers it got worse-always given a hard time if attempting to return for exchange or refund even with a store receipt. This store needs to learn how to be accommodating to customers. This must be one of the worst stores in the chain.

This CVS used to be decent, but the pharmacy service leaves a lot to be desired.
My doc sent a script there, and when I called to ask it to be transferred to a local pharmacy, they asked my local pharmacist to call.
After he called several times with no answer, he was eventually told the script was not filled at this CVS. Yet I continued to get automated texts and emails over the weekend reminding me to pick up the script.
After calling today to clarify, they picked up the phone and quickly hung up. So I called again, and the CVS pharmacist said they’d make it available to transfer. Then said pharmacist hung up on me as I was mid-sentence, lol.
Thinking they’d need some time, I asked my local pharm to call after about an hour, and he was again told it does not exist.
What an absolute nightmare for an extremely easy task. They’re very lackadaisical about handling people’s life-saving medication. They need to get it together.
