Horrible lines at the pharmacy, they turn you away during opening hours as they prepare to close

Poor service, rude staff. Making fun of homeless people coming in to ask for informations. Never been in a CVS like this before. That’s a shame.

Nicest front store staff! The app glitched and lost my order- sale, coupons, and all. Thank you so so much for resolving the issue. Incredibly kind and accommodating!

Omg! Worst place to work for. It was a nightmare working there few years ago. Racism, homophobia amongst these crazy co-workers and full on discrimination. Avoid like the plague.

The staff members at the CVS are extremely helpful! I’m so grateful for this store having all the OTC meds in stock and for all the kind employees.

Updating this review. Repeatedly moving prescriptions to community pharmacies only to have them close and shift me back to CVS really illuminates how horrible CVS and other extractive corporations abuse people. Now essentially one of three corporate options, CVS is likely the worst. Constant understaffing and poor training are hallmarks of the CVS business model. That we depend on these types of bad actors to maintain our health is just not a good plan. Go elsewhere. Unless you like poor communication, prescription errors, general neglect and mistreatment.

CVS is always my favorite pharmacy and I’m happy to know that wherever I travel I can get my regular prescriptions. This 150 Court St., Brooklyn location has very helpful employees and they made this process very easy.

Pharmacy is absolutely the worst. Spent a tremendous amount of time to get my first prescription filled with them and provided my insurance info. Have gone back several times, and each time the person say my "copay" is X. Then I look at the paper attached to a prescription and it says "no insurance applied." I called and speak to the pharmacy manager, who is as rude as can be, and she says there's no insurance on my account. How is this even possible after I provided it in person at the time I filled my first prescription, and why would they characterize what's due as a 'copay' repeatedly during pickups instead of asking if I had insurance. Then tells me I need to come in if I want a refund, and says (as rude as can be) that she doesn't know what to tell me, because she doesn't know who helped me. Definitely not an acceptable response from a manager. Pure lack of accountability. When I ask to speak to her supervisor, she says she's the manager, and if I have complaints I can contact the CVS complaint hotline. This manager and her staff should not be dealing with people who are sick and trying to get their medication.

I've made 4 appointments so far for a COVID vaccine,First one was for me and was cancelled "by my request".Second was for my wife two days later, also cancelled, same reason given. My next appointment went great. In and out in no time. No paperwork, nothing. The only negative is that none of the staff were masked.Fourth appointment was for my wife today. This one wasn't cancelled, she even got a check-in text, but when she got there they said they were out of vaccine. At 11am.My impression overall is that they're just done with COVID.Not recommended.Edit: If anyone's in the same boat, my wife had no trouble at Walgreens.

After wading through the obnoxious automated phone system and finally getting put on hold, the pharmacy immediately hangs up on me.

Beware of this pharmacy they will put your health and possibly your life at risk. After I got home I found out I was 16 pills short (bottle said 90, I counted 74). Since the pharmacy was closed by that time I called the next morning and got the runaround. I was told the pharmacist would call. The pharmacist never called. So I called again and was told the pharmacist was busy and couldn't speak to me. Then, I was put on hold for an extremely long time and then I was disconnected. So I called back again and was told I would have to pay out of pocket for the 16 pills. I told the employee to have a nice day. Makes you wonder how long this "miscounting" has been going on. I could understand being 1 or 2 pills off but 16? I'll never fill a prescription here again and always count my pills before I leave.
