False advertisement of prices, the store is dirty, the employee are unprofessional to customers, and the store manager is rude.
I will not recommend that store to anyone.

The worst customer service in the pharmacy. A complete joke of an operation. Staff can’t apply common sense and aren’t interested in helping patients. Pick a pharmacist who cares about you.

Maybe the rudest pharmacy techs (they literally curse at you) and regularly screw up medications. Avoid if you can for your own safety

Having to stand in two lines just because the pharmacy doesn’t want to ring up my Tylenol at the same time as my prescription is supremely inconvenient.
No self-checkout stations to help with this.
Staff at the front is usually pleasant.

This pharmacy sucks! Customer service is horrible! You wait on hold forever only to be hung up on! They make you wait forever for medicine even if nobody else is waiting! I transferred all of my families RX’s! I will never deal with this pharmacy again! The manager doesn’t like to deal with returns. I did an order pickup and they gave me a lipstick with a broken seal! I wanted to exchange and he tried to send me away! I had to fight with him to follow CVS POLICIES.

On my most recent trip to this CVS, I was reminded how much the staff on duty lacks care for its customers. My lady is very visibly 32 weeks pregnant. At checkout, after paying for our items, she needed to, and requested use of the public restroom that this business should have. She was denied and told at first that; “there is no restroom”. Directly after, she was then told, “there is a restroom, but it’s for staff only”. Had my lady not had to truly use the restroom right away, I would have stayed and had further dialogue insisting use of the restroom. Especially as a paying customer. However, her relief was more important than having to have extra back and forth dialogue in hopes that the staff would turn around and show some civility!

Gary is a manager here. I picked up pictures from the store today. They were not printed out properly. Instead of apologizing or compensating me for a reprint, he was in a mood and gave me a lot of attitude. I paid for incorrectly printed pictures. Treat your customers properly with respect. I will not be going to this branch again.

Terrible customer service. One of the managers is often just mean to customers. I’ve on multiple occasions bought something that turned out to be previously opened, and they are very angry when I have to return them. The pharmacy is great and the people there are wonderful, but the rest of the store is a mess. I no longer shop here.

I had a nice experience at CVS. The staff there was very nice, especially this one girl. I wish I could remember her name.
She went above and beyond to help me and my friend to find what we were looking for which was the miniature Hershey bars with no sugar and the ones with no almonds. She even went to the back to see if she could find some in the back.
I will be going there again. The store was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
Thank you CVS

"This is a pharmacy. People come to pharmacies to wait." Actually, I was at a pharmacy because I had two sick kids and there was nothing I could do about it until you decided to do your job. The guy who said that--the pharmacist Jack, I should have gotten his last name--should be fired. No one like that should be in a customer-facing position.
I was 100% polite, by the way. That was just what I overheard Jack say to another employee in the pharmacy who needed him to re-verify my kids' prescription after everything was done (providing insurance info requires the head pharmacist to re-verify the prescription?!?) after he left the store and couldn't be found.
I've been a longtime customer but I can't see how I could go back there at this point.
