Perpetually understaffed. The workers try their best but there are never enough to deal with the customer load. Be prepared to wait minimum 30mins in line and not necessarily collect your prescription at that time

I’ve had some rough experiences with other CVS’s near my work that I tried for awhile and I’m always happy to work with these guys close to my house. I’m not sure what the other reviews are saying about them not answering their phones, I feel like this is THE only CVS that does actually answer their phone.

They do not accept CVS card here and the lady that so kindly informed me of that was extremely rude. It was hot out and I went there because I had $5 on a CVS card so I was going to buy something cold to drink only to be told that,”this is Target and we don’t accept that card”! It’s absolutely free to be nice to people, just an fyi.

I can only echo the negative experiences of those previously posted— a phone that is never answered (though you’re prompted to call whenever there is an issue with a prescription), unfriendly and unhelpful service, and if hoping to use pharmaceutical coupons or discount cards good luck having them accepted (even when they absolutely should be). I end up paying a little more at other pharmacies- ultimately a better value for the efficient, easier, pleasant experience.

Slow, inconvenient and bad service. I needed to call my doctor three times to get my prescription to their system. Wait lines are long and the staff seems to not care about you at all.

They are Horrible here. I dealt with a sweet lady, but she was not helpful when I made her aware of my daughter having other prescriptions sent there that were not fulfilled. They filled only one prescription and stated that there were no other prescriptions sent there for her, in which they were WRONG! NO HELP AT ALL ! Also they always say they are out of stock and stilll until this day has Never updated my current address etc. I changed this pharmacy as of today and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here !

I went to inquire on the co payment for a medication . The clerk was too busy talking with co worker who was inputting informed on the computer. I had to repeat myself several times then she didn't want to bother with and sent me the pick up window . Then here comes the nastiest rude woman . she won't allow me to speak continue to cut of. She however did in the rudest way supposedly tried to help (Chanel). Outcome wasn't why I wanted asked for the phone number and store to follow up with my insurance. My insurance had advised me they had spoke someone at the store . The reason I asked for info . Her response to me was go ahead and report me !

I recently visited the CVS in Target, and had a mixed experience. On one hand, the pharmacist was excellent. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and provide me with the right medication. However, my experience with the cashier was disappointing. The cashier was not only unfriendly but also unprofessional. They seemed disinterested in their job and didn't greet me or even make eye contact. When I had a question about my purchase, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Additionally, the checkout process took longer than necessary due to their slow and inefficient service.Overall, while I appreciate the excellent service provided by the pharmacist, my experience with the cashier left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that the store can improve its customer service in the future so that all customers can have a positive experience.

They rarely answer their phones which makes it hard to confirm the medication is ready for pickup, and their customer service is not that great. But I always walk out with my medication, hence the 3/5 stars. Gotta wait in line for about 15 minutes though. And they won't allow me to send a relative to pick up my prescription, which every other pharmacy I've been to hasn't had a problem with. Also kinda sketchy that the lady asked me if I wanted an automatic refill since I had 0 refills, to which I hesitantly agreed to. She was wrong though and I knew it, because my doctor prescribed me 6 refills (which reflected on my label). Might have to contact my insurance company about this because I don't wanna have any billing issues with them. This pharmacy doesn't care about their patients, just the bill. I see that now.

Phone wait times of 40 minutes generally.Slow lines and employees are generally scurrying in frustration rather than helpful. They seem understaffed and overworked. Many times (probably 4 times in recent memory) a prescription has not been received because the system was down. When I asked why it happens so frequently, they said “I don’t know but it happens a lot at this target that the electricity has a blip and it turns our system off and we have to reboot it, so anything that comes in during that time is lost.”Downloaded the app to help try to speed up the process of refilling prescriptions but even that has its limits of what you can do without calling or showing up in person.I wonder if more staff to help man the phones and the lines would help or if this is just a losing cause.

This is the worst cvs I've ever used. They have constantly cancelled reviews of perscriptions because they assumed I couldnt pay the $75 dollar copay. When i call to ask why, no one ever answers. I have nothing good to say of this location.

Waited over an hour for my prescription and then they gave me the wrong price and I had to dispute it. After it was changed I asked to speak to the pharmacist. I told her about the wait and the wrong price and she was incredibly rude to me. Please don’t go here literally any other cvs would be better. First time I’m ever complaining about something like this. Save your time and go to a place that won’t have long waits or make mistakes

Their front desk associates are rude and condescending and on a power trip. They are incredibly disorganized. It took 1.5 hours to get medications that had been called in 6 hours prior to my showing up on a priority status. The woman who I dealt with today ignored me for over an hour before asking me who I was again, then she told me off for not hearing her or finishing her sentence and told me I had an attitude when literally all I did was stand there looking at her. Then when I asked to speak to the pharmacist to discuss the bureaucratic nonsense they provided for why they weren't filling my (non controlled, tier 1) daily medication my doctor called in for me that morning (and the night before, which they could not find record of) the pharmacist basically refused to talk to me, finally yelled across the room she would "override" the problem after 1.5 hours of waiting- she just didn't want to deal with talking to a patient. Then she rudely yelled "you're welcome" to my back while I was walking back to my chair- again, unprovoked, and any this point I had been there for almost two hours sitting quietly just trusting that they were doing their jobs. I am an actual provider for patients. These people are not there for patient care or to help anyone- you are a nuisance to them and that's how you will be treated if you are unlucky enough to have to deal with them any further than just picking up a script. Btw- I saw a lot of people on line while I was waiting, and I would estimate that maybe 25% of the people waiting actually were successful in walking away with their medications. These people are on a power trip and have lost sight of their role in medical care- seriously, go to any other pharmacy.
