I am so disappointed and disgusted my friend got at this CVS by the manger name Fayebian on 1/5/24. She went there to buy some items and ti make a return. She needed a lipgloss that was locked up so she requested assistance. He proceeded to open the case and instead of giving her the lipgloss he walks it to the register. So she was confused but she continued shopping. Once she was ready to check out she had her receipt for the item she wanted to return. He barely takes a look and tells her oh you didn't buy this here and I am not returning it. He proceeded to say he can deny return based on his discretion. He tells her she needs to go back to manhattan. So she asked him to show her where it says that on the receipt. She asked for his boss and the corporate number. He gave her 401-765-1500 she called while in the store. It made her do a bunch of different prompts and then it hung up. So she went on the CVS app and was able to get through with someone. The young lady on the phone told her she's able to make a return to any CVS as long as it's within 60 days. We went back to the register and put the phone on speaker so this so called manager could hear. At this point he has to do the return he then opens the eyelash glue that she was returning I'm guessing trying to see if it was in there. Even after that he's trying to find a ways to try and control the situation by saying he's not giving her a cash refund. This level of disrespect is not acceptable. He needs to go back to training or demoted because clearly he does not know how to manage properly. You can even see the cashier was uncomfortable with his antics. I can only imagine how many ppl of color he does this too. Store# 13019 transactions done on Reg#12. I will be contacting corporate to file a formal complaint about this treatment.

Never write reviews, but the pharmacist here was the rudest I've ever encountered. She was annoyed when I called and didn't even say goodbye when hanging up. In person she didn't approach to talk to me. When I followed up with a call because I had further information about the issue we were trying to resolve, she picked up the phone and said "I've already spoken to you twice, why are you calling." Will not return here or potentially to any CVS because of this interaction.

Rip off for passport photos. Won't let you print your own. Don't get ripped off. Use PassportPhoto app to take passport pic. Get passport photos sent to you for much less than this place charges. All from comfort of home.

If I could give 0 I would. I come to this pharmacy ONLY because it is the only one within a quick walking distance and I usually only have my lunch to pick up. I have reoccurring prescriptions each month. I get a call each time letting me know they are in and I have recently gotten a new one. They are never EVER ready even when I get the "your prescription is ready for pick up" call. I am currently waiting here because my doctor called in yesterday and they are saying that is was never initiated or processed. I'm being told by the woman behind the counter that I don't know what I'm talking about. Absolute worst customer service.

Absolutely chaotic in the pharmacy area. Even if you have an appointment the pharmacist administers the shot and they take people who are picking up before people with appointments for Covid vaccines. Sad that we expect bad customer service when you arrive.

If I can give NEGATIVE a stars I would. Finance has been trying for 3 months trying to get hers sons prescription filled. No on answers the phone, call corporate they can't get through. There is no one to call to get a needed prescription. Place is always a mess, dingy and poorly managed. This place needs to be CLOSED.

This is easily and without a doubt the worst pharmacy that I have ever used. I get the impression that some of the pharmacy staff really do care, and I feel bad for them. I have three regular prescriptions that I fill for myself as well as insulin and syringes for my diabetic cat. Let me tell you, getting the prescription filled was not what I expected the hardest part of taking care of a diabetic cat to be. Sometimes the vet says they've called and left a voicemail (you will never, ever speak to a human being when you call -- it will always ring and ring, and I guess there's a voicemail for the doctor), and then the pharmacy says they never called. One time the person wouldn't even give me the number to call them - they just said to have the doctor send the prescription online. The vet had no idea what that meant, but emailed me a scan of the prescription, and they said they'd need the original in order to fill it. When they do fill my prescription, the refill amount is wrong, and it's another headache when I run out. And the three prescriptions I get filled for myself are no walk in the park either. One time they said they had two ready but that I would have to come back the next day for the third. It was around closing time because I work late, and I'm guessing they just didn't want to bother with filling it, because when I came back the next day they said they were out of stock. When I told them I had been instructed to come there on that day, they said I should go to the CVS at the Target down the street. What a better experience I had at that CVS - it's too bad they close before I get off of work usually, because they're so so much better, just from that one experience. Anyway, this CVS is terrible, even for a CVS. (The pharmacy, anyway. The store is fine.) If you have any other options besides going here in order to get your medication, use them. Go anywhere but here. (I should also add that today, when I went to get the prescription they'd called me an hour before about being ready to pick up, took them three different employees to try to find because it apparently was misplaced or something. I could even hear them saying that they were just going to fill it again and have me wait. Then someone found it sitting in some basket that hadn't been put on the shelves yet. All the time they were looking anywhere but at me, saying nothing to me.)

This CVS is constantly backed up and for whatever reason getting your prescriptions is mission impossible within 10 minutes even if you have called. Don't attempt to use a coupon for your prescription because you will be pushed back longer. Transfer your meds if you can!

The pharmacy staff at this CVS are some of the rudest that I've ever encountered. They frequently take an attitude over the phone when you ask them questions, hang up in your face even when you've said "thank you so much, have a great day", and all-around seem to loathe their jobs and hate their customers. If you have ANY other option for a pharmacy, avoid this one at all costs. Everyone who works in their pharmacy needs to be fired, and they need to start from scratch.

Neither of your Kodak photo kiosks work. Don’t call yourself a CVS photos location!

i ordered a mounted photo panel online and went to pick up the next day. i was in a really big rush so i didn't think much of being handed just an envelope, which is definitely a fault on my end. it was only when i was on the train back home when i realized they just gave me a PICTURE. a plain collage i could have made myself and pay $3 to print. i called them once i got home and apologized but said i had ordered a panel and just got a picture. they told me to come in the next day, so i did just that. the next day, one of the workers there tried proving me wrong by saying the picture was indeed a collage and i had received the correct item. i showed him my email confirmation that clearly says mounted photo panel, which he brushed off. i also showed him exactly what i had ordered online, only for him to then complain about online orders and how panels are supposed to be upwards of $100. i finally spoke to another worker who told me to wait a few minutes, which was fine, but the previous worker told me to come back the next day instead. i complied and returned to receive the picture glued onto the panel instead of printed on it. it honestly looks like a diy project gone wrong off of hgtv. at this point, i'm sick of arguing with them and i just took it. i feel terrible writing this review, but by the looks of their other reviews, they deserve it. however, i'd like to thank the worker who actually took the initiative to fix it instead of complaining about how terrible and confusing online photo orders are. overall, avoid this cvs. would give half a star for the employee who tried helping, but unfortunately that isn't possible and i must resort to giving this cvs location a full star.

Terrible customer service and their lines are always terribly long. They are not adjusting to the growing neighborhood population. Had an issue with my purchase and was given the runaround. This location is a block from my home, but they've just lost a customer.
