This CVS is generally described as a well-run store with a constant manager presence. The store is very clean. Most employees are polite, helpful, and friendly, with staff often going above and beyond to assist customers. The pharmacy staff is great, known for remembering names and medications. Customer service is typically friendly and professional, with lines that go fast. However, experiences can vary. One customer reported a very positive experience with helpful staff, while another described an unpleasant encounter where a security guard made them feel uncomfortable and profiled. During the pharmacy's 5-6 o'clock rush hour, some disgruntled customers have expected immediate service. Despite these instances, many recommend this location for household items, remedies, and personal care, noting it has improved over the years.
The staff at CVS Myrtle Ave, is helpful and always professional.
