Worst pharmacy ever! I was here to pick up my prescription and there was a long line. Waited for 5 minutes then the cashier asked me to go to another cashier because my insurance doesn’t cover the prescription. I went to line up again then the second cashier said I had to wait for them 10 minutes to fill up for me. And they don’t have a machine to charge me $8.49 for 90 capsules of folic acid so I had to go back to the first cashier. After a while, the second cashier told me that there are not enough folic acid in stock so I can pick up 30 capsules of these today. I said yes and waited for them to fill it up. Then the first cashier charged me $4.57 for the 30 capsules and I had to wait till next month to pick up the rest of my prescription or a new refill. I was like WTH? Even though it was just a two-dollar difference, the whole experience with waiting, insufficient stock and cashiers going back and forth were irritating. NEVER GO BACK!

Very poorly run CVS. Cashiers are lacking and slow always long lines to check out. Need self check out kiosks. Items are locked up. Rang customer service bell 3 times waited 10 minutes no one shows up.

Horrible Place never coming back here ever again. The workers loose the stuff that you print. The aisan guy had me waiting 20+mins to reprint my lost picture. and then he says "it did not go through" LIKE BRUH

There was a young girl worker there, and she was laughed at my mom Buc my mom doesn’t speaking English when she at the checkout. This was ridiculous! So when your mom or grandma doesn't speak English at the checkout, should I laugh at them?

Very bad pharmacy.They took a break and also close very early and often they find medicine.The queues are very long and there are at least two people working at the checkout. This is all going very slowly.If you are looking for good service, this is not the pharmacy you need to go to. This is the worst cvs pharmacy i know in brooklyn.

Gerard the manager and Norman were super helpful. I placed an online delivery order that was canceled by the system by mistake. When I called the store Gerard the manager told me they had my order at the store. When I arrived they both helped with ringing up my order, and using the same coupons I used online when I placed my original order. They were friendly and polite.
