Management needs to staff more employees both at pharmacy and at checkouts. Your employees say they are too busy to answer the phone. The impact is critical prescriptions cannot be refilled. There is always a 20+ minute wait to pickup a prescription. Employees are overworked which impacts their abilities to give customer service. I have been coming to this pharmacy for 4 years.

The pharmacy does not open at 8 but 9 apparently even though every sign said 9. They also take over an hour to start doing anything and lie about not taking insurance when they should.

Terrible and discrimination service.
The pharmacist is very unprofessional. Hasty and hostile correspondence with customer. She got a heart patient to leave his home and come to the pharmacy in the rain only for him to discover that the medication was not covered by his insurance. Instead of taking his rx pin number via the phone and relate the information to him via the phone.
The pharmacy tech was very hostile and racist. We asked the cost of the medication and Instead of giving the information he was keen to tell us it was expensive. I was very short to us in his tone. This was a two day process dealing with these employees at this cvs location. Very disappointed.

Always the longest lines for the pharmacy. It is not human. Imagine being sick and have to wait in line for 1 hour. Thanks CVS

left the store without buying what I needed. I pressed the button for assistance with detergent and no one came. I asked an associate who was standing by the self check out who’s said someone will come. That person never came!

there's always the longest line for this pharmacy so today i decided to get there early as soon as they open 8am double checked to make sure that's when the pharmacy opened too and the website said it was! there's still a line and the pharmacists didn't roll in until 8:15 and 8:30... and the line still moved slowly. the pharmacist helping me was still unloading her bag since she just got there. just unbelievable how poor the service is here oh and whenever i try to call the pharmacy i can never get through to a representative so i highly advise going to any other pharmacy in the united states !
i am only giving this place two stars instead of one because they do fill my prescriptions up. is it always promptly? never. but they do the bare minimum

It's beyond insulting, but actually dehumanizing to leave patients waiting indefinitely for the pharmacy to open well past their advertised hours.

Never try to get a prescription refilled here. they take days if not weeks. They Never answer the phone either.

My sibling was one out of 3 people who was coming here to start working. Their welcome experience was horrible. The person who they spoke with/ over seen them for the day was Rude, disrespectful, unfriendly and gave them a very bad first experience. I know this CVS is not in the best area to some people, so they may think it’s okay to treat people anyway…HOWEVER, CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS EVERYTHING. Company’s have to be more mindful of the people they have working behind the counter, on the floor, and in higher up positions. Everyone should be treated equal and with respect and as a person from the hood myself, company’s need to hold employers accountable for the way they are dealing with people.
