Peter and James and the other hard working staffers at CTW electronics is a dependable, decent and honest brick and mortarstore that I have been shopping at since my son was little - dating back to 2008. To this day, my sisters and I have bought countless small and large appliances from them ( Toasters, fans, AC's, Rice cooker, microwaves more AC's, Refrigerator etc... just about anything you would need in your home ). Prices are competitive, scheduling for delivery & installation is excellent. The delivery window of time will fit most busy schedules. And bottom line is, and I don't say this often about merchants, they are pretty HONEST as honest can be. Good People, Good business. I highly recommend. Thank you.

Really amazing service. They have great deals, affordable white glove service, knowledgeable staff that can advise you on your needs. I have purchased almost all my appliances big and small from them. As an example of their honest business practices, this summer I purchased a new air conditioner from them. They provided low cost installation, and even told me to hold onto the air conditioner box in case of any problem and they would come back to switch it. The air conditioner works perfectly and so I've gotten rid of the box by now but it felt nice to know that they stand by their products.

I ordered washing machine from this company 1 week ago and shoul have arrived 5 days ago but arrived 3 days ago and I found out that it is illegal to have this product in the apartment, so when I tried to return it, they refused…. They don’t have the RETURN POLICY, wouldn’t recommend this firm to my worst enemy.

Today the second time I purchased a refrigerator from them instead of going to HomeDepot. They had lower price for the same model. The owner Peter answered the phone. Made the call around 2:30pm, it was delivered at around 5:30pm. took away the old one and install the new. Whole process smooth.

My family and I have been purchasing electronics and appliances from this store for over 20 years. I furnished my entire home from them about 4 years ago, and we've bought countless items from them. They always stand by their products and offer the absolute best prices of any store there is. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family no matter what. Excellent business.

Super friendly and hard working people. They have all types of products and they sell it for really cheap. A lot of the things I have at home are bought from here! I would definitely recommend!

Excellent store with great prices and good quality products. They are very knowlegable. The store is fairly small but they can get you any appliance or electronic product you need regardless of whether or not it is on display and can arrange delivery.

Watch out for this establishment. It is unethically ran and preys on the elderly in the area. They sell sub-par products and will not allow returns on faulty items! Beware!
