Would not recommend them. Got a stale product, but was able to replace it with the help of a gentleman at the cash register. But they are overcharging on most items compared to other stores.

Food was very organized what I mean by that is the frozen food in the non frozen food everything was stacked nicely and neat and customer service was wonderful was able to ask questions and was able to point me in the right direction and I felt that my questions were fully answered and I was not left confused or not sure what was going on which I've experienced in other places but this place is wonderful

FYI this rating isn’t for the staff or workers.
The aisles are small. It gets crowded and you be waiting for people to move. I’ve been to many supermarkets in Brooklyn but I can’t understand why this one has no deli.

I bought sour cream, and it had mold even tho the expiration day was good. Ok, no huge deal, went back, talked to the manager I guess about it, showed the receipt that it was bought like 20 min before, told me to exchange it. They didn't have any other of that brand so I took the other only brand they had. When I proceeded to give it to him he tried to charged me the difference that was like $1.
"It's money" he said, ignoring the fact that my time to come back to the store to fix something it was their mistake (that was the result of bad refrigeration) was also valuable.
Of course I'm never coming back.

Definitely my go to, since it's so close. Some things are priced well (basic produce), some aren't (any canned goods or snacks), like every other store in Brooklyn. Their meat can be a hit or miss. Fresh bread is nice though.

Prices are better than most neighborhoods groceries. Sale prices are the best around, but only when the sales are running, which is a schedule I find tough to guess.
