Me and my husband shop hear 2-3 times a week love it . The cashier's are always friendly and helpful and being that I am in a wheelchair they go out of their way to help me , also competitive prices and free delivery also .

This place should have been shut down by the health authorities years ago. Overpriced, expired food. Smells like dried blood throughout. Bugs and rats everywhere. Does not fit into $4k+ rent neighborhood.

THERE ARE SOME CASHIERS WHO ARE RUDE.. THEY TALK TO MUCH TO EACH OTHER, SOME BAG YOUR GROCERIES SOME DON'T. THERE ARE 5 TO 6 REGISTERS AND THERE ARE ONLY 2 TO 3 THAT ARE OPENED.. THE NIGHT SHIFT CASHIER'S ARE POLITE, NICE AND BAG OR HELP WITH THE GROCERIES. THE BOLD HEADED MANAGER DOES NOTHING BUT STAND AROUND. AND THE YOUNG MANAGER JUST STARES AT PEOPLE WITH A RUDE FACE... LOOK AT ALL DATES ON PRODUCTS, ALOT OF THINGS ARE EXPIRED.. THE RED HEADED LADY IS RUDE AND NOSEY.. JUST DISGUSTING.. I RECOMMEND SHOPPING SOMEWHERE ELSE...

Over priced!
Sells a lot of expired products! checking dates are a must!
The tall guy that works in the deli department is disgusting…he doesn’t know how to do his job which is clearly simple.. and argues with customers… the last incident I had wit him he continued to follow me to the register in which I totally felt unsafe and the manager did nothing but tell him to go back to his department.. been shopping here for 20 yrs and this treatment is unacceptable!

In 1973 this supermarket was called King Charles not CTown. I was about 8yrs old my Mom may she rest in peace used to shop there. I grew up in the neighborhood and still live in the neighborhood. The supermarket used to cater to low income people for the community. But since the gentrification of the neighborhood and the change of name to Billy's prices are ridiculous. Low income community members spend more than what they can afford. Often having to go to the pantry to get more food in the middle of the month. What's worse is their sales. They put almost expired food on sale. Some even 2 days before expiration. Sad but true. I would have figured they continue helping the community with lower prices but the new Caucasian neighbors that have moved into the neighborhood do not care about pricing they blindly pay any price. And here we are.
