These guys are hardworking, reliably open and roll with the punches. I wish the wine and liquor selection was better. But the liquor selections are pretty decent in all the price ranges and cheaper than the gentrified liquor store down the street. They may have bullet proof windows but no pretense about who they are. (That said, the gentrified store, Lil Mo's, is pretty nice and their wine selection is higher caliber. The clerks tend to be friendlier too, except for the one woman clerk who was there during the day last week. Given the attitude of that clerk, I'll be sticking to Crosstown).
