Great service with no hidden fee. She is always friendly and helpful. I'm staying with Cricket just because of her top notch service. However, Cricket wireless is awkful. People would call me and it would not ring, just goes directly to my voice mail. Often when I try to call, it takes a long time to connect. Sometimes, it won't call at all, I had to reconnect. One more miss important call, I will switch.

Walked in 5-10 minutes before they closed, and walked out with a new sim, ported number, and they didn't charge me no extra fees, that other cricket locations wanted to charge me.
