I love this place. Everyone is very knowledgeable and they have a great selection. I know it's a little pricey, however, I also know how much it costs to make "clean" products.
If you are new to the "clean" cosmetics, this is the place to go.

Credo Beauty Williamsburg:
My wife booked both a facial and make-up application appointment at the Williamsburg location. The team was very thoughtful and knowledgeable when selecting products. More importantly, they made her feel extremely comfortable and took great care of her. Needless to say, she had an incredible 5-star experience.

Came in while visiting from out of town and Jess helped me find some hair products that she thought would work specifically for my hair type. I wanted to go in and thank her and show her how good my hair looks but I ran out of time. Jess is not only super helpful but very cool and fun to chat with. I feel like a new woman. THANK YOU <3

I initially shopped here with my wife a few months ago and had the most amazing experience with Deirdre “D” l recently stopped by hoping to have that experience once again with Deirdre as l wanted to purchase some things for my wife especially since she had worked with us before and blew us away with her in depth product knowledge and her ability to translate it in a way that would make sense to both my wife and l Unfortunately l did not have the same experience with the associate that was helping me she was just reading Ingredients of every product staring into the products I could have done that myself she kept on spacing out as I was asking questions the whole experience was a far cry from what I had experienced with Deirdre previously and l realized in that interaction with the store associate is that Deirdre’s product knowledge and her way with connecting with people making them feel is unmatched l left the store without purchasing anything

I cannot believe I haven’t been in here before. I went today seeking a perfume brand they were listed as a stocking and left with a whole bag of stuff. Excellent selection of the very top brands. Staff is very helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. Will for sure return!

I was looking forward to having a great shopping experience with Deidre, a friend of mine recommended her to me because she is so knowledgeable with skincare and makeup. I was told that she fully engages with you and provides you with a no-pressure wonder experience. Unfortunately, I was recently told by the same friend that the manager informed her that Deidre wasn't available due to “ excessive calling out”. Which is unprofessional to state to a client. I was disappointed and that made me stir clear of credo beauty together.

I had such a great experience with Jess at Credo. She was so helpful with helping me pick out make up. I am not a makeup girly and she took the time to actually do my makeup, match my shade, show me how to use each product and was completely honest with what I should buy now vs what I can wait on. I am so happy with my products and feel confident in my newly found makeup skills :)

I love this Credo location! I really get breathing room with the natural light & open layout. Vivi & Diana are my go tos whenever I have an ingredient question, while both Julia's keep me up to date with their expansive artistry knowledge. Love it here! And I always spend less here than at Sephora which is dope

I have been going to credo Williamsburg for a while now and the reason is because Deidra works there and is incredible at making you feel comfortable and seen. I met her while stumbling in one day and was just amazed. She most importantly is also a very talented make up artist who really knows how to work with you to make the best decisions for your skin and lifestyle. I always end up buying products after seeing her but without feeling pressured - I feel educated after she talks to me as well. I have never met a more professional make up artist. Whenever I go into credo now I don’t see Deidra working there which is upsetting because many of the other people are not at her level so I tend to walk out. Deidra is a credo gem! Wish she was more available to all customers wishing to feel good about themselves through responsible skin care and make up education.

Deidre and jess were very knowledgable and helpful!! The staff at this Credo location are incredibly friendly and make shopping for skin care an educative and fun experience. Deidre taught us the proper way to use the products too! Will be coming back to this location for the staff :)
