Just incompetent workers. Can’t even put mayo ketchup when asked to, gave me a plain egg and cheese, disgusting… hire someone who speaks English atleast smh. Called back telling them about it, he replied pick up or delivery, ridiculous… used to charge me different price everyday for same sandwich, if you have time to go elsewhere, do yourself a favor!

Thievery! These dudes are thieves. They ring up one price on the register, and another higher price on the card reader that they don't show you. I've experienced this on multiple occasions with multiple clerks. They laugh when caught and call you "my friend." What sort of friend robs you?This doesn't even include the sky high prices for mediocre offerings. If you value honesty, reasonable prices, and/or food quality, shop somewhere else.

One of the best delis around. Have a million items to choose from on the menu, as well as a ton of goods in store. Nice spot in a pinch since the grocery stores around here close at 6PM since everyone has a child. Reasonable prices across the board. Can pick from their menu or go off the cuff and they'll make it for you.Really nice staff - great, kind, people.

Reading a lot of negative reviews about this place makes me sad, I have been coming here since before it was renovated. Since I was a middle schooler getting my breakfast on the way to school. Yeah man, the guy is a comedian, to that negative comment I read. He makes comments to me all the time and it’s why I come back to laugh and reorder. This place is family owned, it took them a while to put the chopped cheese on the menu, but well worth the wait. Don’t sleep on this place, the sandwhich guys know what’s up and they have Whole Foods quality groceries and snacks. 10/10 I’m a regular.

Very Convenient, Open 24/7, and every time I have visited I received admirable enthusiasm followed up with excellent customer service. They remind me of the days when the store clerks were happy to be alive and always community friendly. One of the best Delis in New York

I was either overcharged here, or at the very least, they are charging around double the going rate they should be charging, compared to similar competing supermarkets or delis in the area.They do have a huge inventory, however, hard to believe they are not a front. With the rent in Park Slope, selling candy and juice here I don't believe can justify the astronomical rent they are most likely paying.The employees are rude and disrespectful. They refuse to say thank you and snatch money out of your hand regularly.I have spend hundreds of bucks here years ago buying Bora Bora lemonade. I will never go back.

Found two hairs in my sandwich. I asked for no prosciutto but there was prosciutto on the sandwich. They wouldn’t provide a refund but allowed an exchange. Quite unkind customer service- will not be going back

Lately I've been eating heroes, but most of the places I go to are closed. This deli seems to open late so I took a drive. There was a line so I got a little overjoyed thinking this place was going to the awesome. The guy at the register was the best, but sandwich was no up to my taste. They put balsamic vinegar instead of regular and that destroyed the sandwich. O how I miss Sunset Deli. The cold cuts were good quality unfortunately he destroyed it with balsamic vinegar. Not a bad price, but I will not repeat.
