5th Avenue Market is a popular spot in Park Slope known for its great selection of food and friendly service. The market features a large candy wall and offers a variety of delicious sandwiches, with favorites like the Phat Farm and prosciutto sandwich, both praised for their taste and reasonable prices. Their sandwiches are considered some of the best around, especially the chicken cordon bleu, which is crispy, tender, and topped with a garlicky aioli that elevates the flavor. Customers enjoy the wide menu options and the ability to customize their orders. The store also has many goods in stock, making it a convenient place to shop, especially since nearby grocery stores close early. The staff are described as kind, friendly, and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, 5th Avenue Market is a favorite for those seeking tasty food, a variety of items, and a warm shopping experience.
I ordered the 3 piece fried chicken, cole slaw and biscuits.Overall the food was ok.The chicken wasn't the juiciest and didn't have much flavor. The coating was fried dark but little to no flavor. The biscuits were ok but I didn't see option for butter or honey. The slaw was basic.

I ordered from the Chios Mediterranean menu. Spanakopita, lemon potatoes, meatballs and salad-all very tasty, delivered in 45 minutes. I could’ve ordered from a variety of menus in the same order which I look forward to doing the next time!
