I was happy with the service but my dog got fleas from here ... and my dog is a house dog does not go outside at all...when i called they did offer me a flea bath but said they had to charge me for flea meds which i think it was there fault so i shouldn't be charged... didn't go back ?... !Response to owner :spoke to someone there as i said you did offer the flea bath but said i have to pay for the flea medicine but i didnt go back... also when i said he doesnt go out meaning there is no other way he could of got the fleas... the only time he went out is to go there... plz dont insult my intelligence ?

Brought my cat there for grooming and had to pick her up after only a 1/2 hr. because they said that she became very irate and they couldn't control her. mind you this was only a cat if your a professional groomer you should already know that some animals can be come temperamental when their in a new surrounding.they sent my cat home with only half the grooming done this was not the first time I used this service but it's definitely the last. My cat looks horrible ?This is unacceptable and they will definitely here from me again.

Great gratitude for Michael & Lora for keeping my small doggy Bobik for 9 days. The doggy didn't want to leave this friendly and cozy place. With open heart I recommend these people for all people in need.

I would like to thank Coney Island Grooming for taking care of my baby Lucky Yorker Terrier. We have been coming for grooming for about 5 years and I not planning to switch anywhere else as I trust leaving my doggy which is essential for me knowing he is safe and always taken care during the visit not to mention how handsome he looks after the visit! Thank you so much!

Amazing staff and lovely family owned business. Michael and Lora will always be a great help. They show so much love to my cat and have a big passion for what they do. I’m glad I found them because they are always my go to and one stop shop. They have some awesome clothes too!

The best place to go for grooming services! Amazing staff always go above and beyond, super kind and considerate with all customers and animals! They take care of each individual animal as if it was their own! I’ll never take my dogs to any other groomer you just can’t get any better than this!

I recently became a cat dad, and if you know anything about those beautiful fur babies they have sharp nails, and boy oh boy has my beautiful cat gotten me a few times with his claws. Needless to say I called Coney Island Pet Grooming and they said I could walk in the quickest best $15 I’ve ever spent. They were fast and efficient.

Can’t say enough great things about this place. My dog loves coming here for boarding. They do such a great job with the grooming as well. He gets the de shedding bath done and this is the only place that gets all the hair out for a good while before having to take him back again. Prices are very reasonable and the most important thing is that you can trust this place with your pet. They take such good care of your pets and treat them with so much love! Thank you guys!

I bring my samoyed here and when i tell you he looks AMAZINGGG after !! When i come to pick him up, he barely wants to leave. They take such great care of the dogs, as if they are their own!!

I’ve been bringing my Cocoa and Taylor there for a few years and I haven’t had any problem other than a small nick on the nail but they fixed it quickly and apologized and my dog having floppy ears which caused her to have a yeast infection in the ear from the moisture of having her ears cleaned. Other than that I’ve had no issue. I will continue to take them there until I can’t anymore. They are very friendly and accommodating. I just wish I saw a pic of my Cocoa on their page lol
