They told me that they don't deliver car parts to the shop. (They have drivers working that literally do that). This guy who picked up the phone sucks. Can't help anyone like that.

That guy named john he thinks that he run the only autoparts in the world so rude and the way he talks with clients like he is giving me for free I went there to get some parts for my car so i took screenshots of the parts i want from their website with part id so i showed him my phone so he can just take the 4 digits id so he can locate parts easily he just wont do that and Yelled at me that he dont have time for that also the other guy in the back was talking with a Customer over the phone and he hung up on him and kept saying bad words about him So this place should Realize that with customers they are making money so they better treat them better Because i rather get my parts online and wait than go and let assholes Disrespect me

Horrible customer service, they do not care about walk ins, make you wait like you don't exist, not even considering you can possibly be a big account for them, they might be busy now, but won't be from my 3 shops, I will make it my business to spread the word of how I was treated to all my partnering shops Just so you know, YOUR NOT THE ONLY SLIMEBAGS IN THIS GAME ILL GET MY PARTS ELSEWHERE

Should b minus in stars. I used to work for them. Mike the Gm steals parts and make sure everyone else is not doing that. His brother always rating people out that's his hobby. He open up accounts left and right just to show up his sales are gh oing up. But then customers doesn't pay then he looks for excuses to put it on stores supervisor. For that he brings he brother in the middle. Abe their father doesn't do s**** He goes to the store and just yells and screams on workers he thinks he owns the store. Matter of fact the whole family thinks like that. I bet you once they kicked out of that business they wouldn't be able to get a job. The owner steals from vendors but he wants the honest people work for him. All the stores got thieves. Boss is stealing from vendors and gm is stealing the boss gm's brother stealing from gm. Its a chain
