Very friendly customer service! They have almost everything under the sun! We’re all used to the big box stores and we’ve all been disappointed when Auto Zone or Pep Boys didn’t have what we needed, well places like these, have that product, or can get you that product in a much faster time frame, So I stand by older brick and mortar stores, It’s one reason this store still stands the test of times!

They told me that they don't deliver car parts to the shop. (They have drivers working that literally do that). This guy who picked up the phone sucks. Can't help anyone like that.

Just sat on hold for 10 minutes while waiting for them to figure out if they had ONE simple part. Heard someone pickup the phone line and then hang up. Great.Side note: their phone hold system is cool and tells you random auto facts.
