Make you wait so long, your brand new iphone goes from 100% to 0% in that time, arrive early arrive on time or arrive late and your hair greys over the two hours they have you waiting, and by the time it’s your turn you’re mad as hell. They also had random people walk in and out of the room as i was seen to discuss other patients- possibly the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been

They have a lot of services in house which is nice. The problem I experienced was within their communications protocol and information technology used between admin staff, practitioners & assistants. My PCP at CHN last week said "they (admin staff) will schedule with you" during a telehealth call. I confirmed she meant that they will call me. No one called me. Within a general wellness appointment CHN staff did not let me know I should fast 12 hours prior to cholesterol blood labs (I had asked for this over the phone and in person at my appt). Labs resulted in "slightly high" Cholesterol level from eating fatty yogurt for breakfast the day of my appointment. I found their error after talking to other practitioners, and talking to the CHN front desk about cholesterol lab protocol. CHN associate said "oh, they didn't tell you?", which let me know that CHN negated to let me know I should fast for the blood labs. I feel like I wasted my time.I paid to get retested elsewhere.

Dr.Barry is really the best! The staff is always so friendly! It’s feel great to know I have a primary doctor who cares!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have had the worst experience with this place, and being made to feel I made up my excruciating pain I am in. I was first asked by the doctor, ‘why am I even here?’ after also being made to feel bad that I missed a couple calls from her as it was an unknown number, which I never answer. Supposedly left a voicemail that I also didn’t receive. I walked away crying on the second visit after no help and like I was crazy. It took another ER trip to get diagnosed and for some people to care. I will no longer be a patient here.

Five stars for Anne Stevens, all of the nurses, PAs, phlebotomists, and front desk staff too.Zero stars for the first available appointment always being in a month or two, and another zero stars for sending meds to the pharmacy.God forbid you need a refill approved by a nurse, I have to call at least three to five times every single month to get them to send the meds to my pharmacy. I call 2 and a half weeks before I'm out of meds, that's how long the wait is.

Horrible service. Had an online appointment with my doctorI waited for 40 min and the doctor never showed up. Then when I called later to request new appointment, I was told that I would have to wait another two months! Pathetic.

I've been coming here ever since I was a teenager. There were some good doctors and not-so-great Doctors. Dr. Keisha Barry is a great Doctor. She is very professional and listens to my needs and concerns. I recommend her. However, trying to get an appointment here is a long wait and can be frustrating when you want to be seen by your doctor. I don't know what department deals with referrals but, I've been waiting for over a month to get a referral processed to see a physical therapist.I would give this place 3 stars but, the over the phone experience, dealing with certain doctors in the past, and having to wait so long is why I gave it 2 stars.Side note* The 2 GYNs I went to in the past dismissed my concerns. They are no longer at this location.Update 11/23/22I had a virtual appointment with a different doctor that wasn't my PCP. So in the end I needed to reschedule a follow up. The person whom I had an appointment with said the office would call me. I missed the call at 3:20 pm and received a voicemail to call back to schedule. I called back 10 minutes later and it went to "after hours answering services." I checked google and the office doesn't close until 5. I was confused. It was only around 3:40pm. So now I have a feeling I have to wait to even longer to book an appointment. Also, while the answering machine is finished playing, it transfers you to a person. The person said the office is closed and asked if I would like to leave a message. She asked what location and I told her and she said she couldn't find it...I would understand if it was Christmas Eve. But I know there's no such thing as Thanksgiving Eve. And if the office was closing early, they should've sent an email to patients. Smh.

They are very unprofessional.I have been bringing my kids here for years, and the new people they have working the front are disrespectful and rude. They talk about you like you are not in the room and argue with patients.

Never had a problem in all the years I’ve been seen there. Drs are care-filled and never rush you, nurses are wonderful and informative, and the front desk’s obviously doing their best.

Dr Berry is pretty dry and rude. I’ve never walked into a doctors office for the first time and have the doctor greet you with her back as she’s sitting at her desk. Absolutely unprofessional. Not the way any doctor should treat a patient especially a new one. Not to disclose medical info but long story short she is not willing to give me the medical attention I requested. She’s basically making me take the long route. I needed to reschedule an appt and I was rescheduled for a month later and from in person to online . The medical attention I need does not require her to push me out an entire month but a simple recommendation that she could do well before my next appointment. Absolutely the worst.

My provider is very thoughtful and takes the time to listen to all my concerns. It's easy to get ahold of scheduling, and they're always very friendly and helpful. I always feel like I can take my time and be heard there. The only downside is they're booked out very far in advance for appointments!
